I sighed heavily as I sat at my desk, buried under a mountain of paperwork that seemed to multiply by the minute. My wolf, Bruce, sensed my troubled state of mind and spoke to me through our mental bond.
"You must be happy about Crystal becoming the Luna," Bruce remarked, his voice echoing in my thoughts.
I nodded slightly, acknowledging the truth in Bruce's words. "Yes, I am happy for Crystal," I replied, my voice tinged with a hint of concern. "But I can't shake this feeling of worry about Maurice."
Bruce's presence in my mind provided a comforting reassurance as we continued our conversation. "Crystal just needs to marry one of the twin brothers," he pointed out, his voice calm and rational. "If she chooses Zake, Maurice could still marry Zoro."
