We had arrived at the Rivera Mansion and Luciano had given me orders to go through the back while he knocked on the front door. He had to keep Ethan busy while we snuck in to rescue Piper’s family.
I found a sliding door slightly open, and making sure none of his men were around, I gained access inside. Looking around in the dark, I quickly spotted Piper’s father in bed, unconscious.
“Come on, guys. Get him out and into the car,” I whispered to the men we brought. They grab him and took him out as I hoped they made it to the car without any complications.
I could hear men talk outside of the room and I knew it was Luciano and Ethan. I just hoped this didn’t get heated and ended up in a bloodbath.
