Chapter seven

1952 Words
Landon’s POV    There it was again. The sweet look on her face, her dark volumes lashes, and big blue eyes.  I needed to get it out of my head and focus on the problem at hand. Getting through the charity week.  The desire to feel her squirm underneath me, the desire to touch her, the desire to make her feel… the desire was getting too big.  I walked into the shower and turned on the cold water. I leaned against the wall with my fist holding me up as I let the cold water run down my heated body while trying to calm myself down.  “Why doesn’t it work,” I muttered as I hit the wall in frustration.  Whenever I was around her, my body seemed to be betraying me.  I had to get the desire in control and the only way to do so was to do what I imagined her doing.  I wrapped my hand around myself, a little roughly, imagining her small delicate hands doing what my hands were doing. I pictured her soft lips playing with the tip before she took me fully in her mouth gagging and spurting. It didn’t take me a long time to finish with those kinds of images running through my mind. It was easy. It was way easier than it should have been.  It was clear to me then and there that I wouldn’t be satisfied with just that. I was in the clear for now as the pressure had been released but the desire was still there lingering, waiting to be fulfilled. The dangerous desire. It was clear that I wanted to f**k her until she was screaming my name, begging for me to let her c*m, but I simply couldn’t. I stayed away from women, from feeling for a specific reason. They were no more than gold diggers, trying to trap me in their web of lies and betrayal.  The exact reason why I had sought out Millionaire Match in the first place.  What a f*****g inconvenience this had turned out to be.  She was beautiful, sexy even, and had the most gorgeous eyes. She was different, definitely smart since she’s been at law school and most of all she was kind. She was sweet and caring and had a quick mouth. I already knew that just by spending one day with her.  I had never had any respect for hookers whatsoever, but for some odd reason unknown to me, I felt respect towards her. I felt bad when I let my mouth run without thinking first. I felt bad when she looked sad, and I hated the fake smile she had planted on her face 24/7. Especially after I had seen her genuine smile. Her mouth curving as her beautiful white teeth came into sight. Her sweet dimples on each side of her perfectly round cheeks.  God, I needed to stop thinking like this.  I jumped out of the shower as I had finished cleaning myself after the mess I had made. I went straight to my closet and picked out a new suit.  When I walked into the living room, she was sitting by herself on the couch.  “Hey, I’m…” “I’m going out,” I said as I cut her off. I didn’t even stay to hear what she wanted to say. I walked straight out of the door without even looking back, reminding myself that this would be for the best.  “Hello sir,” James said with a straight face while opening the door.  “Take me to jack’s,” I demanded as I got in.  “Of course.” Jack was one of my oldest friends and I knew that if anyone could distract me from the torture of my mind, it would be him.  “So, what you are telling me is that you have a hooker at home?” he chuckled. “That you rented to get your mother off your back and make sure that Lina stays away?” “Pretty much.” I lifted the class of whiskey to my lips and emptied it.  “Another,” I demanded reaching for the bottle.  “It is in the middle of the day; shouldn’t you be slowing down a little?” he asked.  I gave him a look that made him put his hands up in surrender.  “This is really bothering you, huh?”  “You got no idea,” I sighed.  So many thoughts ran through my mind. I had debated with myself on whether or not to call Elenore and return Kimberly before things got out of hand, and then ask for another girl. A girl that would be the complete opposite of her, but I didn’t want to do that. I couldn’t.  The reason why? Because Kimberly was perfect for the job. She was simply perfect.  “It’s only for a week,” he pointed out. “You can make it through that with ease.” “That is just it,” I said as I downed another glass. “I don’t think I can.”   Kimberly’s POV   I had no idea what had just happened, but I had a guess as to why it did. Another small moment that we both didn’t need.   I grabbed my phone and threw myself on the couch as I dialed the number to the only person I needed right now. “Hjellow girl,” Cherry’s voice boomed through the phone.  “It’s hello, not hjellow,” I chuckled.  “I think this sounds better. Especially when you put the pressure on the h and j,” she argued.  I didn’t even bother arguing back. I sighed and rolled over so I was laying on my back, staring up into the ceiling. “What’s wrong girl?” “Nothing,” I muttered. “You just sighed and now you’re muttering,” she pointed out. “Besides, you never call me when you are on a job. Something is wrong now spill the deeds.” “It’s been two days now and already now I want to throw myself out from the roof of this freaking penthouse.” “A penthouse?” she asked sounding amazed. “I don’t know why I am even shocked I mean this is the Landon Wallace we are talking about and yeah well he is…” “Cherry!” I interrupted. “Not the time.” “Oh, sorry, sorry yeah, talk,” she demanded. “Why is it that you want to do something that drastic?” “I don’t know what it is with him. One moment he is legit mean to me, you know, treating me like I am the w***e, which I technically am, but if he just did that the whole time it wouldn’t be a f*****g issue,” I exclaimed getting more and more agitated for every word that left my mouth.  “But nooo,” I said dramatically. “Instead, he changes his mood every second minute, and I can’t keep up with him. It’s literally impossible!” “Slow down,” Cherry urged. “What do you mean his changing?” “One minute he is a d**k and the next we are about to kiss in his freaking kitchen while I am teaching him to make freaking popcorn,” I half cried.  “Wait… You taught him how to make… popcorn?” she asked. “You taught a multi-billionaire how to make popcorn?”  “Yeah… he burned the first batch for our movie night.” I couldn’t see why she asked me that. That wasn’t the point with what I was saying.  “The point is that he was a d**k, then he wasn’t and when we woke up this morning, he left so fast without saying anything at all and he hasn’t been home since.” “Work maybe?” “Not today,” I sighed. “It’s Sunday and we were supposed to go over the plan for the week.” “Wait, go back,” she said suddenly.  “Back to?” “You said when we woke up, right?” “Yeah?” “Yeah?” “What’s your point here Cherry because I don’t see it.” “You slept together? I thought he didn’t want to fuck.” “No, we didn’t, well yeah we did but we didn’t have s*x,” I shrugged.  Just the thought of it sent a shiver down my spine and I felt my core tightening. I had seen the way he dressed and even a blind person would be able to picture what was underneath. Something my eyes longed to see, my hands longed to touch, my body longed to feel. “It’s his loss honestly girl.”  In response, I groaned and flipped over so my head was now buried in the pillows. Maybe if I laid like this long enough, I would simply choke on my own.    Landon’s POV   “Let’s go downstairs. Like now,” Jack urged, and in my current state, I couldn’t say no.  He knew what I needed, and he made sure to get me it. He was living in the penthouse right over his club. He was the owner of Serenity, the hottest nightclub in the entire town. “Let’s go,” I said as I got up.  Despite it only being 3 pm, the club was already beginning to be filled and I knew that soon enough my mind would be distracted.  “The dancers should be here any minute,” Jack smirked as if he had read my mind.  “Perfect,” I grinned.  And sure enough, the first dancers came 10 minutes later.  “Hey, big boy,” a blonde one with an annoying voice spoke as she saw me. “You look like someone who could use some fun.” I gestured for her to begin, and she did. She came over and stood in front of me, with her ass up in my face. Her hips swayed to the rhythm of the music as she looked back over her shoulder to get eye contact with me. She batted her lashes and smirked. Normally it wouldn’t have taken more than that, but for some idiotic reason, I didn’t get excited. My c**k didn’t respond to it like it used to. It simply stayed limp.  I grabbed her by her hips and pulled her closer making her grind against me instead, but not even that helped. I sighed and closed my eyes as I leaned my head back trying to enjoy it. She turned to face me as she bounced up and down for a bit, making her boobs close to falling out more than once.  Not even that did anything. I looked at her face to see a frustrated look on her face. She looked as frustrated and annoyed as I felt. It was easy to tell that she could feel the lack of excitement from a certain part of my body.  My c**k was flaccid, something I had never experienced before, and it seemed like I needed to find something else to do because this s**t wasn’t helping.  “You can go now,” I said annoyed. “Excuse me?” she huffed.  “You’re excused.”  I rolled my eyes at the death stare she was sending me. I watched as Jack waved over the waiter.  “Darling, we would like you to bring out the bottles now,” he smiled.  “Of course, sir,” she answered.  “Thanks,” I muttered.  “Dude… You’re screwed. You need it,” he chuckled.  “Shut up.”
