I walked out of the pack mansion with Benjamin by my side. It was the same place the betas caught up with me but this time it was unusually quiet. Anyone would suspect that something was wrong but I didn't, and that was because there was a party currently going on in the mansion. Perhaps they were all celebrating.
“Come on Benjamin,” I took hold of his hand and we both headed for the woods, but while closing in I noticed several glowing eyes from behind the bushes.
They were blue, and I could tell since it was already nightfall. “Benjamin, hold on,” I said immediately. I caught him by the hand quickly pulling him to my side.
My heart began racing as I watched some betas walk out of the bushes and right in their midst was Alpha Klaus. His eyes were bitter and furious.
