The week flew by and we didn’t have any incidents. I wish I could say it was great, but I kept looking out for Conner. Although I trusted that the Shadow guards would capture him long before he even so much as came close to me, I couldn’t help but wonder. He got past all of them before. I didn’t say anything to Noah because I didn’t want to spoil the wonderful plans he had for us.
