SASHA I paced around as I waited for Nikolai and Justin to arrive. My heart beat so wildly that I had to place a hand on the area to rub and massage it to ease the pressure. Not that it helped much. The suspense was killing me. I hated having to wait without knowing what was going on, in any kind of situation, especially the one I was in now. The thick walls in the house made it impossible to even hear anything that was going on outside. I could hear just enough to know the hallway was empty, and nothing else.
