Two minutes later Felan was standing in her office. His deep amber eyes lit up at the sight of Nina, before he repressed his emotions, saying coolly, “Where is she?”
“Down the hall,” she told him.
He followed her, admiring the sway of her hips and the way her hair moved softly with every step she took. Again, he bit back on his feelings, knowing they would only lead to frustration.
