13 AS THE MORNING SUN CAST a pinkish hue across Summer Beach, Bennett stretched his legs and loosened his muscles for his morning run. Three miles up the coastline, and three miles back. Then a shower, a power shake, and off to the office. His weekday morning routine rarely varied. Breathing in the crisp morning air, he began trotting near the water’s edge. As his muscles warmed up, he increased his speed, keeping pace with the music piped through his earbuds. On his way back, he slowed as he approached Ivy and Shelly with a group of guests on a brisk walk.
