When he handed me the phone I was really scared that he wouldn't answer. What will he say? I dialed my fathers number and listen for it to ring, I heard my fathers voice on the other end " daddy it's me Caroline." "Caroline honey. It's so nice to hear from you. Are you okay.?" Yes daddy I'm fine. But I have a question for you. Why didn't you tell me I was a werecat? Why did you hide that from me? He didn't say anything for a few minutes. And then he started talking " honey the truth is, your mother was a werecat and no one accepted us as being mates. So we hid the fact that she was pregnant for a long time. When she went into labor. I didn't even know the age you're supposed to be when you shift into a werecat so I sent you away so you will be safe. They will kill you Caroline, I did this to keep you safe. I was so happy I heard from Caroline, I thought she was mad and I would never hear from her again, but she called me, I had to explain what happen and why I had to send her away, when we hung up, I could tell she was still confused, I knew I should had never hid the fact that she was a werecat, but I was only trying to keep her safe, I sighed as I placed my cell on the nightstand in my room.
