Chapter 5

Caroline pov

After my relaxing shower, I cut the water off, got out and dried off. She walked over to the mirror to look at her mark, it was healed and it looked like half a moon. It looked beautiful, she got dressed in her night shorts and shirt, she walked out of the bathroom and to her surprise Alpha Mason had a platter of fruit waiting for her. He didn't know what she liked so he made a few ham and turkey sandwiches as well. She sat down on the edge of the bed, picking up a sandwich and eating it. She picked at the fruit. She ate another sandwich and was full. The only thing she ate that day was muffins and it was that morning, he took the empty tray and placed it on his dresser, "come here. I want to show you something…" getting up from the bed she followed him to a room, he opened the door, "this is the walk in closet, while was in the shower, I took all my clothes putting them on one side, the other side will be yours, you can hang and put away your clothes tomorrow, or I could have one of the omegas do it while we are at the doctor's tomorrow," she thought about it for a few minutes, "that would be nice if they did that," "Alright very well, let me link a couple of them." his eyes glazed over, "Gladys and Vanessa  when we are at the doctors tomorrow, I would like the two of you to put her things away, your p*****t will be in your rooms when you are done," they both said "yes alpha," "alright that's settled let's get some rest, now I know this is your first night here, and you just found out we are mates, if you want me to sleep on the couch, I'm good with that," he watch her roll her eyes,

"Alpha Mason, will you just get in this bed and lay down." he chuckled as he got undressed and left his boxers on, "your lucky, I usually sleep naked, but when you are ready to mate that's when we will mate, unless I get tired of waiting and need you badly." he wiggles his eyebrows, she laughed as she laid down in the bed, he laid beside her pulling her close so her back was to his chest, she yawned a big yawn, "tomorrow morning we will go to the doctors, to see what is going on with your wolf, and then we will find out when you really are supposed to shift," she sighed as she turned to look at him. "Alpha Mason, What happens if I don't have a wolf and that I am only human, will you throw me away like my pack and my father?" He was stunned when she asked him that question, "Caroline, even if you are human, you will still be my mate, you won't be going anywhere, and I'm not going to throw you away like trash. Now turn around and get some sleep, we have a long day tomorrow." she turned back around snuggling into him. She felt so comfortable, she fell right to sleep. Alpha Mason stayed awake a little while longer. Thinking to himself, if she is human that means her wolf never formed, something must had happened for it to not do that, we will figure it out,
