The soft rays of the morning sun gently filtered through the sheer curtains of Nikita's bedroom, casting a warm and ethereal glow upon the room. As she slowly stirred from her slumber, a wave of bittersweet emotions washed over her. Today was the last day , or rather half-day, she would spend with her two precious daughters before embarking on a work trip to Kuala Lumpur.
