Chapter 4 Saturday morning was busy at the Irish Rose, with a few people checking out and others coming in to book rooms for the weekend or the week. Between all that, plus helping people with their luggage and answering questions about what there was to do in the town, it was well after noon before Noah had a chance to take a break. Needing some peace and quiet for a few minutes, he took his lunch and crossed the road to sit on one of the large rocks near the bottom of the falls. It was close enough that he saw an occasional small rainbow in the mist created by the falling water, but far enough away that he didn’t get wet.
