My feet were glued to the ground as I looked at the forest, my heart heavy with grief, anger, and betrayal. Yes, everything felt like it was getting back to normal, but that didn’t change the fact that a pack of rogue wolves tried to attack Mia and me, rogues that were sent by my Alpha.
