Chapter Seven

SURRENDER

RIVER

“Ahh… River… F- faster please…”

She moaned as I thrusted in and out slowly. I kept the pace in order to tease and drive her insane. The way she is shaking right now, I can feel she’s close to reaching it. I smirked to myself before hooking one of her legs on my waist and angling her body to hit the right spot. She clung to me so tightly, her fingers digging deep as if holding for her dear sanity. Her groan echoed so loudly that I was positive the whole building would hear.

One of my hands reached out to her chest. I groped her as I continued the languid movement. Her eyes rolled back as she bit on her hand to suppress her moans. Swiftly, I let go of her leg and from my kneeling position on the edge of the bed, I pushed her back and went on top of her. Still thrusting into her, I sucked on her twin peaks alternately. I played with her peaks using my thumb and index finger.

She’s f*****g near and I know I am too.

Without a word, I pulled out, making her gasp.

“Why’d you stop?” She almost cried after I left her hanging.

I stood up by the bed, my member still standing erect. I looked at her commandingly. “Suck.”

Her head bobbed as she sucked the life out of me. My hand went to her hair to direct her. I thrusted myself into her mouth faster and harder. I could hear her choking lightly but she didn’t try to stop me. She was also moaning while I groaned and cursed repeatedly.

I’m so f*****g close.

She sucked me harder and after a few more thrusts, I f*****g exploded in her mouth.

“f**k~! Jade!”

“WHAT THE f**k?!”

I didn’t have the time to process everything that happened next. I was still enjoying the aftermath of my explosion when a hard slap came across my face.

Agad na nawala ang naramdaman kong sarap nang dahil sa sampal na iyon. f**k. I got slapped again. Hinayaan ko na lang. It doesn’t matter.

The woman whom I can’t even remember the name scrambled out of bed angrily. She was still muttering curses, obviously for me, while she grabbed the pieces of clothing scattered on the floor. Isa- isa niyang isinuot ang kanyang damit at nang matapos ay halos patayin ako sa kanyang titig.

I was already lying in bed comfortably when she turned to me. My right arm was beneath my head while the other is just resting on my abdomen. I didn’t bother covering myself with the duvet. I was sprawled, looking majestic, on the bed. I gave her a bored look.

“Why are you so angry? You f*****g enjoyed it.” I said.

“Tangina mo.” Malutong niyang mura. Natawa na lamang ako. “Jerk!”

The door slammed loudly when she went out of the room. Napailing na lamang ako. I don’t get these women. They ask me to f**k them so I did and ibang pangalan lang ang natawag ko, galit na sila. I gave them what they want and they obviously enjoyed it pero big deal pa din ang ganoon kaliit na bagay sa kanila? So what if I f*****g come while calling out someone else’s name? So what if I f*****g used them for my release? They also f*****g used my body.

Damn, women.

But most of all, damn her.

How dare she get me so f*****g hung up?

I need to do something about this f*****g attraction. I think I’ve grown twice f*****g hornier ever since I tasted those f*****g lips. I couldn’t focus thinking how much she’d squirm when I finally f**k her senseless. I always imagine myself doing her and I’d get so damn hard every time.

“Thanks, patid.”

Ngumiti ako kay Jared bago mahigpit na yumakap after naming makapasok sa condo unit ko. He drove me home today dahil sa request ko. Magaling na ang wrist ko kaya naman mas makakakilos na ko ng maayos, therefore hindi ko na kailangan mag-stay pa ng matagal sa condo niya at magpaalaga sa kanya. Mahigit isang linggo na rin akong nakakaabala sa kanya kaya nang maging okay ang wrist ko ay nagpumilit na akong umuwi.

Medyo okay na din ang paa ko pero naka-wrap pa iyon ng bandage dahil hindi pwedeng ma-strain by doing unnecessary movements. The doctor said na after another week, pwede na iyong tanggalin and officially back to normal na ko. Hindi na rin ako gumagamit ng crutches, basta maingat na lang ako sa paghakbang para naman masanay na rin.

“Are you sure you’ll be fine na on your own?” Naniniguro pa niyang tanong.

“Oo nga. Magaling na ang kamay ko kaya mas makakakilos na ko. My foot is almost healed na rin naman.” I assured him.

He sighed. “Okay fine. Mapilit ka eh.”

Natawa na lamang ako habang sumusunod sa kanya patungo sa kitchen. Sa ibabaw ng counter ay maraming shopping bags dahil sa mga groceries na dala niya. Actually his butler brought those. He wanted to make sure I have enough food and other essential supplies para di na ko pumunta ng grocery. Look how I spoiled I am sa kanya. Maswerte ang magiging girlfriend nitong best friend ko. Kung saken pa lang sobrang maalaga na, pano pa kaya sa magiging girlfriend?

“I’ll help you with these. Cook for me, please?”

I rolled my eyes playfully. “Akala ko ba nag-aalala ka saken? Bakit paglulutuin mo ako?”

“Minsan lang ako mag-request, patid. I don’t always get to visit you, so please?” Nag-puppy dog eyes pa siya magpa-cute.

I winced at him as a joke pero agad ding ngumisi. “Okay fine. Prepare mo ingredients. I’ll just change into my pambahay.”

He mock saluted bago sinimulang ayusin ang mga pinamili. Iniwan ko na siya roon sa kitchen para makapagpalit into some comfortable pambahay clothes. I chose a grey tank top and black cotton shorts then I tied my hair up into a bun. Siguradong maiinitan ako pag nagluto kaya ayokong magulo ang buhok ko pag nagluto.

I checked my phone for messages bago iniwan iyong naka-charge sa room ko. I saw a message from Philip.

From: Greek Hunk

Are you home? Please take good care of yourself.

Napangiti ako sa nabasang mensahe mula sa kanya. I typed in a reply.

To: Greek Hunk

Yes. I will try to pero kauuwi ko pa lang, pinagluluto na ko ni Jared.

From: Greek Hunk

He is? I will scold him when I see him.

But I wish I was there too. I’d like to try some of the food you cook too.

To: Greek Hunk

Uwi ka na kasi.

From: Greek Hunk

I will. Soon. Wait for me sweetheart.

Nakagat ko ang ibabang labi ko sa pagpipigil ng ngiti. I can’t believe I am actually flirting with him now. Last week lang sobra pa ang pagpipigil kong tugunin ang mga flirtatious advances niya pero I guess I really grew comfortable with him sa tatlong araw na nakasama ko siya kaya parang ayos na lang sa akin ngayon. I don’t know if I actually like him the way he likes me pero I am enjoying this. Hindi rin naman siya nagmamadali kaya siguro this is okay?

After that short exchange of messages with Philip ay bumalik na ako sa kitchen.

“Elite’s party is in three weeks.”

Kumakain na kami ni Jared ng niluto kong Tinolang Manok nang banggitin niya iyon. He was talking about the magazine where he featured kasama ang apat pang ‘Heartthrob Billionaires’. Hindi ko alam pero medyo nako- corny- han pa din ako sa titulo nilang iyon. What are they, college heartthrobs para bansagan niyon? Haha

Though I have to admit, bagay din naman sa kanila kasi nga they are billionaires tapos handsome bachelors pa. And Jared seems to be very fine with it. He knows how to enjoy compliments eh.

“Philip mentioned nga.” Pagkasabi ko noon ay agad niya akong binalingan with a sharp look. My eyes widened at him. I must have looked so guilty. “Why are you looking at me like that?”

He raised a brow at me. “Nakakahalata na ko sayo. You always mention Philip every chance you get.”

“What? Hindi kaya!” Pagde- deny ko.

Nabanggit ko lang naman si Philip kasi napag-usapan namin yun one time while I was still staying at his place. Nasabi niya saken ang date ng party and since nabanggit ngayon ni Jared, naalala ko. What was so wrong about that? The way he looks at me, parang may kasalanan ako. Well, sino ba ang nagpakilala sa amin sa isa’t isa?

Maarte pa siyang umirap saken. What the hell. Napaka- arte nito. “Anong hindi? Ilang araw mo na siyang nababanggit kung hindi mo nahahalata.”

“What are you implying then?”

“What exactly happened while you were with him?”

“Wala! Ano bang tanong yan?!” Medyo pasigaw kong sagot. Para akong na-eskandalo sa tanong niya. Na-realize ko namang simple at inosenteng tanong lang iyon, and I overreacted. I probably look so guilty now.

He snorted at me. “You’re too guilty. I’m not asking if you had s*x with him. Simple lang naman tanong ko.”

Feeling ko sobrang pula ko na dahil sa diretsahang sabi niya. Damn this jar-head.

“Wala nga. Sinagot ko na diba?” Nakangusong sabi ko.

Matalim pa rin ang tingin niya sa akin. He’s not buying it. Hindi ko na ipipilit. Di naman siya maniniwala. Ipinagpatuloy ko na lang ang tahimik na pagkain.

Philip only said he likes me. He didn’t say he wants to court me or wants me to be his girlfriend kaya it’s not a big deal. We just text sometimes din. Yun na yon. I shouldn’t think too much about it and just let everything happen naturally. I’m not ready for anything serious din naman. Kagagaling ko lang sa break up. Ayokong mag-commit agad.

“You know I’ll always support you with anything you decide to do, right?” He asked, his voice soft but his eyes were serious. Ngayong ganito ang reaksyon niya, I know I cannot joke around. I have to take his words seriously din. He’s on big brother mode. I nodded at him. “And I will support you if you ever decide to love again. But just to him… dahil alam kong mapagkakatiwalaan si Philip.”

Why do I feel like he’s saying this dahil may iba siyang naiisip?

“I know you will…” I said. “But I am not ready for anything serious ngayon, Jared. I don’t think I can take another heartbreak.”

“I’m just saying…” He looked at me critically. “And I’m also just tryna warn you.”

“Warn me about what exactly?”

“River Villafuerte isn’t good for you. Kung nasaktan ka na sa kapatid niya, you’ll have it even worse with him. He’s a ruthless man, Jade.”

“I know…” I answered quietly.

I didn’t try to look at him.  Nanatili ang tingin ko sa pagkain ko as I tried to make it look like I was unaffected.

Of course, wala lang yon saken.

It’s not like I am actually considering that man.

When we finished eating lunch, hindi pa umuwi si Jared. Nag- bonding pa kami over some Netflix movies. Nang gumabi dito na rin siya kumain at inubos namin yung niluto kong Tinola. I think past 8PM na siya nakauwi. Sinulit niya talaga ang pagbisita sa condo ko. Buong araw siyang tumambay, hindi na talaga nagtrabaho.

Pagkaalis niya ay naligo na lamang ulit ako. Malinis naman ang unit ko dahil pinalinisan niya sa maid niya bago niya ako hinatid. Hindi naman kami masyadong nagkalat kaya walang aayusin. Nakalagay na rin sa mga cupboard and ref ang lahat ng pinamili. Matutulog na lang ako pagkatapos maligo.

I wore a baby pink night spaghetti strapped night gown. I was drying my hair in front of my vanity mirror when I heard the doorbell rang. It was already quarter to ten. Nagtaka agad ako. Who would visit me at this time of night? I wore my silk robe bago nagtungo sa pinto. I was not wearing a bra and hassle pa kung magsusuot ako dahil lang roon kaya nag robe na lang ako. Hindi naman halatang wala akong bra.

Sumilip ako sa peephole pero walang tao roon. My forehead knotted. Someone rang the doorbell and I heard it. Hindi naman uso rito yung mga doorbell pranks.

Nagpasya akong buksan ang pinto para i-check ang labas. Pagsungaw pa lang ng ulo ko sa pinto ay mayron nang kamay na biglang humatak sa akin, and before I knew, River was already inside my condo. He pinned me on the wall. One hand on the side of my head habang ang isa ay inaabot ang pinto, nila- lock iyon. s**t! What is he doing here?

His eyes were bloodshot when he turned to me. My eyes widened immediately. I can also smell the strong scent of alcohol from him. f**k. Mukhang lasing ang isang to. Not good.

I remained calm habang tinitingnan siya pabalik. “Anong ginagawa mo rito?” Kalmado pero may diin kong tanong.

“So who did you f**k between the two? That Karpov guy or your so-called-best friend?” His voice was dark and a bit raspy probably due to the alcohol. I almost covered my nose. He doesn’t smell bad, in fact the perfume was still evident on his body pero masyadong matapang ang alak kaya parang kahit ako ay nahihilo roon.

I let out an exasperated sigh. Again with this. He always think I would let every guy f**k me. Alam na nga niyang hindi ako nagalaw ng kapatid niya tapos uulit- ulitin niyang itanong sa akin yan. Hindi ko alam ang problema ng isang to at problemadong problemado siya sa s*x life ko. Hindi ko na magawang mainsulto dahil na- immune na ata ako.

“I f****d both of them. You got your answer. Masaya ka na?” Pabalang kong sagot saka siya itinulak para makawala.

Dahil lasing siya, medyo unsteady na siya kaya nagawa kong makawala. Pero hindi ako tuluyang nakalayo dahil hinigit niya ako pabalik. I ended up crashing onto him dahil sa pag- iingat na hindi mapwersa sa pag-apak ang injured kong paa. My breasts got squished into his and kung hindi pa niya alam kanina na wala akong soot na bra, I bet now he knows.

His sleepy eyes widened a bit dahil doon. Agad kong sinubukang lumayo pero hindi niya ako pinakawalan. He pulled me to him further. I’m not exactly flat chested dagdagan pa na sobrang nipis ng soot kong night gown and roba, siguradong ramdam na ramdam niya iyon sa kanya. s**t lang.

“Let go of me, River.” I hissed.

“No.” He rasped. Naramdaman ko ang pagpulupot ng parehong braso niya sa akin. I could also feel his breath on my hair. f**k. Why is he hugging me so tight? “I know you didn’t.”

Napakunot pa ang noo ko sa sinabi niya. Hindi ko agad naintindihan iyon and then I remembered his question earlier and ang naging sagot ko roon.

“Alam mo naman pala bakit tanong ka pa ng tanong?” Mataray kong sagot.

“Why won’t you agree to be mine? I can give you anything you ask for.” He asked breathily.

Bakit ba ipinipilit pa rin niya ito?

“I don’t need anything from you, River.” Sinubukan kong kumawala sa kanya. Nahirapan ako dahil masyadong mahigpit ang pagkakayakap niya sa akin pero nagawa ko. Now, we’re a good few inches away from each other. I have to maintain this distance. “And I’m not interested in being one of your past time. Hindi ako ganoong klase ng babae.”

“I know you feel something for me. I can feel it… I know you feel it too, you’re just in denial.”

My eyes widened. What the f**k is he talking about now? f**k feelings. Wala akong ganoon sa kanya. He’s imagining things.

He took a step towards me kaya napaatras ako. “Your breath hitches, whenever I get too close.” I gasped when he took a step again. Umatras akong muli. “You shiver whenever my breath touches your skin.” I felt goosebumps when he bit his lip. He continued walking towards me. “Your eyes darken whenever I lay a hand on you.” My hand shook when I saw his dark eyes intensified. “I know I woke something in you when I kissed you that night. Kaya humalik ka ulit hindi ba? Cause you were tryna find that feeling again… na ako lang ang tanging nakapagbigay sayo.”

“I only kissed you to make Quen think I cheated on him!” I screamed. Hindi ko nagugustuhan ang pinatutunguhan ng usapan naming ito. f**k! Akala niya talaga hinalikan ko siya dahil ginusto ko? He’s imagining things!!

“f**k that. You just f*****g said you’re not that type of woman!”

My lips trembled. Damn it. He’s cornering me. What the hell is he trying to do right now? He wants me to admit na I’m sexually attracted to him? What the hell?!

“That was just a f*****g kiss! Why are you making a big deal out of it?!”

“Just a f*****g kiss huh?” He smiled darkly.

Humakbang siya palapit. Tinugon ko yon ng hakbang paatras. Hanggang sa naging mabilis ang paglapit niya at sa huli ay na- corner niya akong muli when I reached the couch in my living room. I fell back on the couch helplessly. The skirt of my nightgown went up to my thighs, revealing my black laced panties. s**t!!

Before I could get up, he already went on top of me. Napaigtad ako nang haplusin niya ang aking binti. His hand was so warm against my cold skin. Nakagat ko ang labi ko.

He hissed. “You don’t f*****g see it… but you’re obviously attracted. I haven’t even touched you but you’re already breathing heavily…”

Itinulak ko siya palayo but he only held my hands above my head. “Ano ba?! River!” Asik ko.

His other hand traced my skin in an excruciatingly slow manner. Nagtindigan ang buhok ko sa kilabot na dulot niyon. f**k. He’s taunting me…

Patuloy niyang pinaglandas ang kamay hanggang sa umabot iyon sa aking tiyan at pataas pa. He untied the ribbon of my robe and instantly the left side fell open. Halos mapamura ako sa aking isipan nang makita ang pruwebang marahil ay hinahanap niya.

“You’re so f*****g aroused and your body’s showing it…” He said, referring to my hardened peak that was poking through the thin cloth of my dress. Nag- iwas ako ng tingin sa kanya. “And you still try so hard to deny it.”

I gasped when his finger softly circled the hardened peak. Parang umikot ang paningin ko sa ginawa niya. Pilit akong kumawala sa pagkakahawak niya ngunit hindi niya ako hinayaan. He was holding both of my hands above my head with just one of his. My dress slid further towards my waist when he parted my thighs with one leg. I suddenly felt so exposed.

“Ahh~” I cried out when he pinched my peak. I bit my lip to stop myself from reacting too much. Mas lalo niya akong tinutudyo kapag nakakakita ng mas matinding reaksyon mula sa akin.

He leaned down to me. I felt his lips on the side of my face. “Surrender to me… I know you want this too.”

“No…” Hirap na hirap ko nang tugon.

I gasped once again when his taunting finger became more aggressive. I started to squirm beneath him. This isn’t good. This shouldn’t be happening. He f*****g knows just how to play with me and I’m having a hard time staying sane. I feel like I’m about to go crazy. I can’t take his sensuous torture anymore.

“Please…” I was almost begging. But I wasn’t sure anymore just what exactly I was begging for.

“Please what?” He whispered sensually on my ear. I shivered when he bit my ear. “Start?”

I almost wanted to cry in frustration. I could feel the tears threatening to fall.

“S- stop…” I whispered helplessly.

“Stop fighting it… Don’t fight me… I know you want this…”

I breathed out shakily. Tuluyan na akong nanghina. Hindi na ako nanlaban. I also let the tears fall. Fighting him is useless... I sobbed quietly.

I felt River tense up. Kasunod niyon ay ang pag- angat ng katawan niya mula sa bahagyang pagkakadagan sa akin. From my peripheral vision, I saw him looking at me wide-eyed and confused.

“f**k…” He muttered a curse.

I heard him gasp bago bigla na lang nag- walk out. He didn’t say anything else he just left my condo in a hurry.

And as soon as I heard the door close, I broke down in tears.
