I woke up with my head against the window of a car. My body ached all over and it feels like I got hit by a truck. I grunted in pain and look over to see Marcus driving the car. "Rise and shine tiger." Marcus said still looking at the road. Everything comes rushing back to me. The pictures, the man, the car wreck...and Eve. I look in the back seat to see Eve sitting there still unconscious.
I turn back around with a sigh of relief, glad that she's okay. "What happened? Where are we?" I asked laying my hand on my head because it was pounding.
