Yoon Tae oh’s point of view
The elevator opens up after what felt like fifty years of waiting in it, the human is laying unconsciously on my shoulder and we finally got his bleeding under control. Neither Lisa nor I has been able to actually process what we witnessed
Red blood
Actually red colored blood gushed out of his palm
I groaned frustrated but Lisa doesn’t flinch, I could sense that she is currently feeling the same way as I was. Perplexed
How does he even exist?
How is it that he actually exist?
I feel like I am losing my sanity and even worse is that how is this i***t is sleeping through the whole thing? I have growl and roar several times on my way back home and even tightly tied his injury to get a response from him but no. do humans not feel pain? s**t I should have listened better in class when we were being taught about them
I know nothing about his kind
I have never been interested but now I have a human boy on my shoulder.
A living and breathing human boy
“Tae Oh, is that you son?” my mom called as Lisa and I walked pass the door into my living room. Her eyes falls on us , we looked a mess but I looked much worse than Lisa, it’s going to take one hell of a scrub to get the stain off the hooded sweater “What happened?” she looks terrified “Who is that? Why do you and Lisa look like this?”
“We just found…”
I kicked Lisa on the leg to stop her from talking “Give us a minute” I said and proceeded to take the boy straight into my bed room and into my bathroom. The bathroom is large enough to take all three of us, honestly it could fit more than ten people and that was one thing I loved about the bathroom when I designed the penthouse. I need a big space to my business and this was the perfect place
I gently placed the human into the bath tub afraid if I drop him anyhow I might c***k open his skull or something. I don’t know s**t about humans I am trying my best to keep my cool here while trying to protect myself. So I got my hoodie string and tied his hands to the faucet. I am not about to take any chances
No the best thing to do but still he is an unknown creature that could be dangerous
“I can’t believe he is actually human” Lisa said for the thousand times
“We don’t know that yet”
“Are you kidding me? Now that we are out of the rain I can finally smell him, he smells so different. So different from everyone in whole city Tae Oh, this is a different species, this is a human”
She is right
Lisa is right
He does smell so different. We werewolves are very particular about smell as we can smell everything, fear, hatred, loved and even what you are. To us every being has a distinct smell that makes us know what a person it is just by having a sniff, back then under the rain I couldn’t smell him but now that he is in my penthouse, now that he is under my roof in my bathroom I can
He smells so different from anyone I have ever come across in my life and I have come across a lot of people, his smell is not so thick but lingers in the air. It was like a mixture of Jasmine and acrid. The worst combo if you ask me cause he smells like death
Speaking about death “I can’t believe we went to the mountain to find clues to who was killing werewolves and returned with this” I gestured at the boy
“We can’t say for sure if he is useless Alpha, he could have seen something no one did.”I rolled my eyes “If only we can just get him to wake up” she said tapping his cheeks “He seems hotter than he was”
“Eww Lisa you’re already whipped for the human”
“What? No. I mean his temperature”
I walked over to the bath tub and placed a hand on his head and to mine to compare temperature “He seems normal”
“No he is burning up”
“I don’t think so”
The human all of a sudden starts to gasp, turning his head which made me bolt to the ends of the room. Lisa too
Yes I am sacred, I’m not about to let an unknown specie do some irreplaceable things to me. I grabbed my knife ready for anything he was going to do. We watched as the human’s eyes slowly opened and I am met with the most beautiful clear brown eyes. He stood up from the bath tub and sat at the end of tub his hands still tied with the string, his eyes darts around the room then falls on both of us
“Who are you?” I asked “Where did you come from?” I stretched my knife at him
“I don’t think he speaks our language” Lisa whispers, her palm clenched in a fist like she was ready for a throw a blow
“English?” I asked the boy whose eyes seemed so lazy like he was not interested in what he was seeing “French?” I asked again but he doesn’t reply “Yoruba?”
He stood up all of a sudden causing both Lisa and I to move backwards we hit our back on the wall “Don’t move!”
He stood tall at about 5 feet 9 inch like Lisa although I was 5 feet 11 he still feels huge to me. The human stretches his hands forwards utters somevwords that I couldn't get and just falls down to the ground. Lisa and I shared a stare and then back at the boy, it was not until we saw blood flowing on the floor that we moved closer to him.
I can’t get used to this red blood
I turned him and saw that he had injured his head during the fall. I don’t know anything about human, if this was a werewolf I only had to wash his wound with water and it would heal in less than ten minutes, but the wound I caused on his palm wasn’t healing and it’s been almost three hours. I guess the head injury won’t be healing anytime soon so I turned to Lisa and said “I think we have to call professor Yang”
“Why?”
“I think he might have a better idea of what to do with this creature”
Lisa nods and proceeds to walk out of the bathroom to get her phone and give the professor a call. If someone can explain what the hell is going on it could be the professor cause I don’t know s**t, I really should have listen better in class
I really should have
