Miles' POV
The meeting with Mr. Carter went quite well than I expected. He brought a good deal I could hardly refuse.
"I look forward to doing business with you Mr. Payne."
The middle aged CEO sitting across me said.
"I can say same Sir, but if I may ask do you know my personal assistant? It seems you were surprised to see her here."
"That's right Mr. Payne, I have known that girl since she was a child. I'm so close with their family. That's actually my Daughter's best friend, they are inseparable I must say. She went missing about two to three weeks ago. We have been looking for her but I can see she is better off here. She has been through a lot and I am happy that she is able to stand on her own. I admire her so much."
