Thomas P.OV.

"Wh...Why don't you mar..marry again." My mother stutter.

"DON'T MOM....DON'T EVER SAY THAT AGAIN." I shouted at her for the first time in my life.

With that I walked out from my house. My mother words were repeating in my head again and again. How can she asked me to move on. How can I give my heart to another girl. How can I replace Ana.

She exist in my f*****g nerve. She live in my every breathe. She is always present in me. I will stop loving her the day I will took my last breathe.

My heart is Caged by her.

I eneter my office to calm myself. I can't go home like this. I want to forget my mom suggestion. How...just how can she say something like this....

I opened my office mini fridge and took out the first thing my hand came around.

I was drunk. I can see my vision getting blur. But my mother voice won't stop repeating. I clutch  my head in hand to stop my mother voice and now I can even hear Ana laughing, Our marriage vows.... Our promise..... Our first date....

"ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.....Nooo......Nooo." With one swift I throw all the file to the floor."

"STOP ..... STOP JUST STOP...."  I kicked my chair hard making it collide with table lamp and shattered in floor.

I fall to my knee screaming like a crazy person. "Why Ana why you left me, Why did you do this to me, Why did you left me to face this...world alone"

"Why ana.....Why....." I laid on the floor spreading my arms and leg like I am giving up slowly giving up... A tear slide through my drunken eyes making me vulnerable , an empty soul without my Ana.

Aiyana P.O.V.

"I DARE YOU TO FINISH THAT WORD." His voice boomed inside the office....

We both were not backing down......

But he got distracted with his phone call and suddenly walked out hurriedly.

But I didn't want him take the last word, so I taunt him. "What backing down...so easily."

But he didn't react and ran out of the corridor.

"Ugggggghhh...." I stomped my feet in frustration.

As I enter my office no one dare to speak to me. I was so engrossed on my file that I didn't even notice the time.

I sigh watching the clock. It was 10pm.

I stood up from my chair and walked towards the window. Watching the moon giving lightness to the lonely street. Like she was protecting them from the evil of darkness. I wish someone would have protected me from the darkness.

My eyes fixated towards the opposite building. Their is also a glass wall facing me, but it was too dark I cannot see anything. Suddenly the lamp turned on and I figure out someone was there. It was not clear but I can see the person was kneeling down holding his head.

I sigh thinking about I was not only one with the haunted past. Everyone has it own demon to fight with.

I don't know why but I cannot stop watching there. I tried to move from their but my eyes got rooted to that person. I just wish whatever the person going through God ease his pain

It is the BIG DAY. I was so nervous that it might feel like I am going to die today. It was first time will be together infront of Xavier family. We will be surrounded by hundred of people in which I hardly know Five percent of them.

"Do I look Good." I asked as I watch my self in mirror for the hundredth time today.

"One more time...If you asked me one more time I swear to God I am going to pull your hair and drag you out of this room." My best friend sophie glare at me.

" Sweetie don't worry you are looking gorgeous." The makeup artist told me with a assuring smile.

" Am I right guys." She asked my mother and best friend who were also staring at me.

My mother sigh and came forward, holding my hand it look like she was going to cry any second. "Ana baby you are looking the most beautiful bride I have ever seen."

I smile with unshed tears in my eyes and hugged my mother tightly. I was controlling my self.

I glanced back at the mirror to study my reflection. " That's it......Now I am going to drag you out to hell..." Sophie came charging toward me and I squeal running around the room. I forget why I was nervous. Our laughter boomed around the room. My mother gave us a dramatic sigh."You two grow up....one is already a bride and you are next in line sophie."

"No way julie.." Sophie gasped at my mother.

" Ana come here....I am going to give you something." My mother told me while making me sit infront of the mirror...

She took out the most beautiful ear ring I have ever seen. I was in awe looking at the them. It was so beautiful with tiny diamond surrounding the sapphire who sparkled with so much brightness. She made me wear it and whisper in my ear. "SOMETHING NEW and SOMETHING BLUE."

Now it's my turn.... my best friend screamed from behind us. Now here it come "SOMETHING OLD." She ever so slowly took out something from her bag and asked to me close my eyes. I can feel her hand in my hair and I was so excited to see.

Now open your eyes. I gaseped looking at our sweet sixteen birthday crown. I was crying while looking at her from the mirror. It was memorable day for us and we promised each other we will gift each other this as Something Old.

"You remember." I asked her with tears running down my face.

"Duhhhhh.....what do think of me....I would have Forget our promise. You know I don't have a sister and I always considered you as my little sister." Sophie pinched the tip of my nose while gulping down the tears.

" I LOVE YOU." I sobbed.

"Ye...yeah I Love myself too." She chuckled while hugging me from behind.
