Chapter -4

Aiyana P.O.V

The door open suddenly making me tense. I now what's coming for me.

"Ana baby...." Hearing the voice a shiver ran down my spine.

"Missed Me." He came infront of me he had a smile on his lip, eyes full of evilness.

His foot step got closer. I was trying to hide. My heart feel like it will came out of my chest. I can feel my sweat droping to neck. I tried to back away but the wall stop me making me caged infront of him , I gulp while watching him so close to me.

"Won't you answer your husband." He said while tracing his finger in my hallow cheeks.

But I choose to shut my mouth thinking, he would leave me. Oh how wrong I was.

"Answer me." He gritted his teeth, digging his finger in my cheeks.

"No....." I whisper feeling disgust with his mere touch.

" What did you just said." He narrowed his eyes at me like challenging me to repeat again.

" I said Nooo..." I told him firmly, holding my ground.

"Well this is interesting....Look like I have to teach you a lesson." He said rubbing his hand together.

Now I was scared. His punishment are worst then him. Me and my stupid mouth have to open infront of him.

He open his suit button keeping it side. Then ever so slowly fold his shirt sleeves.

"Are you hungry." He asked me taking out the keys from his pant pocket.

I nodd hurriedly.... I was starving from two days.

" Bring me a plate in dungeon." He order someone in his phone.

After two minute there was knock on the door. He came back with a plate and a water bottle. I was happy finally I am going to eat something.

I move forward to take it but got stuck with the chain around my legs.

I tried again... and again .....and again.

But he stopped me with signal.

"Let me"... He said while coming toward me with keys in his hand.

Very slowly he opened my cage scruching his nose. I would also feel disgust in here but now I am used to these.

" Here take this." He told me giving the plate full of food.

I move forward to hold it. But it never came in my hand. It shatter on the ground. I was shocked. I can't even think what just happened.

" If you want to eat it. The get down on your knee." He whisper in my ears.

I was frightned. My mind was in chaos. I don't know what I have done to him. Why he was treating me like this. He was supposed  to be my husband. My Xavier who loved me. My protector....

"Please....." I was pleading him with my eyes.

But he just smile and go back to sit in the corner table.

"I won't repeat it Ana...you know me very well now..." He said while staring at me.

Ever so slowly I got down on my knee. Crashing my self respect. Destroying my dignity. But I was not ready for what to came next.

He came forward with a iron chain dragging behind him. I was shocked to my core. My mind stopped working.

With ever so gently he tied that chain around my neck. Choking me with it tightness."Behave like loyal dog."

"Now walk behind me..." He said while dragging me with him.

How would you feel when from childhood you heard the story of prince who came and swept his princess by his feet.

How would you feel when you always heard that there is no pure relationship like a husband and wife.

But here I am feeling numb, dragging by a chain behind my husband. Treated like an animal. Spend 24 hours locked in a cage. Crashing every dream of mine with it.

" NOW EAT..." He gripped my hair in tight fist ,shoving my face toward the ground.

His evil laugh echoing around the room..

I jerked awake gasping for my breathe. My heart beating furiously.

Nothing feel like woken up after few hours of sleep. The past ghosts is something that won't leave me in my sleep also, It always want to come out and mess with me when all I want to do is hide under my blankets.

It's okay it's just a nightmare , it just a nightmare I tried to console myself but my vision got blur instead.

It take nothing just a flash black to knock me off my sleep. I thought that I've left left them all in my past but how wrong I was to think like that. The seeds they have put in my head now became a giant tree. The roots have caged my heart with his evil darkness.

Slowly I got out of the bed with a beating heart. I know for me sleep is like a sky that I can only see but can't touch. I walked toward my window, gazing  beautiful star. Lost in my thoughts thinking about my dream.  Watching the reborn of the sun. Taking away all the evilness of yesterday.

With a new start I moved forward.

I didn't even enter my office my P.A came running  towards me with pale face. I know whatever she was going to tell me I won't like it....

"Miss Daniel we didn't get the land. They signed the contract with another company." She told me in one breathe.

I stopped walking. Clenching my fist in tight grip.

"Fired him.." With that I walked out.

Driving furiously toward the greedy couple. Thinking about many ways how to kill them.

I knocked the door as loudly I can.

The wife paled watching me infront of her.

" Where is your husband..." I gritted my teeth.

"I do...don't know...know" She stutter.

I know she was lying. I can hear her husband laughing with someone. So I pushed her aside walking inside shouting her husband name. "Johnson...Mr.Johnson"

But what was waiting for me inside I was not ready to face it....

There stood a man no scratch that a handsome hunk with wide shoulder. Looking just walked out from Modelling magazine.

But what attract me towards him was his eyes. The green with oceanic blue. Cold like an Ice. The green-blue hue carried his personality, reflecting him and before I could snapped out of my thought I was thrown in my past....

'I like your eyes...." I told him feeling shy.

"Hmmm....what about them...." He asked while nuzzling his nose in my neck.

"They speak... The green shine darker  when you laugh..." I said while roaming my hand in his hair...

I came back with a snapped of the green-blue guy.

"Done checking me out...." He smirked.

" Just thinking who has dumped their garbage here...." I smirked back..
