Stavros’s POV
Julia is curled into the side of her Aunt and has been dozing in the back seat off and on the entire car ride. Even knowing she’s asleep doesn’t stop my urge to look to see if she’s giving off some sort of sign every few minutes. We have made little progress as far as catching up to Darius, word is that he and his wolves are still forty-five minutes ahead of us. It doesn’t surprise me, if anyone was pressing to find Caly, it would be him.
“Terr! Did you see Jason with Darius?” I whispered to her. I had almost forgotten there would be one other man determined to find her.
“No,” she averts her eyes to look over at Julia. Is she’s f*****g lying to me?
