NEXT DAY

AT EVA'S POW:

I woke up inside the dungeon cell. That made me realize that I am not dreaming, and I am definitely in the werewolf's world. It's hard to understand how I got here. I want to go home. I only need to find the right way and time to do this. I am starting to get hungry. I wonder what they are eating in this world. I lifted my head up and saw one of the guards walking close to the cell.

-Prince wants to see you.-Guard said.

- I understand.-I said and stood up.

Guard oppened the cell, and I started to follow him inside the main castle room. I kept following until we walked into some office.

-Sit down.-Jake said, and I did as he asked.

I looked at him, and he showed not the slightest reaction towards me.

-I found in your bag things that I never saw before, and I want you to tell me more information about them. -Jake said.

-What you want to know?-I asked.

-I want to know first about the stuff you have in the bag.-Jake said and handed me my bag.

I picked up my bag and placed my stuff on the table. I picked some of my stuff and looked at Jake. He knows nothing about humans, after all.

-It's a passport inside my wallet.-I said while showing them.

-What are those papers and coins inside?-Jake asked.

-It's money. We use on earth to buy things we need with them.-I said.

-Alright.-Jake said and nodded.

-Those are my makeup: lipstick and lip balm. I am not using a lot of it.-I said and showed them to him.

-How about this book?-Jake asked and showed me a book with a wolf picture on it.

-It's a book about wolves. I was quite interested in them lately, and this book it's more like a fantastic one. I still can not believe that your werewolf.-I said.

-Well, I am werewolves prince, and right now you are my slave little human.-Jake said and grinned.

- I am not your slave and never going to be one.-I said and smiled.

-So what you want to be here, little girl?-Jake asked.

I smiled. Since alpha Jake is asking me nicely, I am not going to lie to him.

-I want to be just a simple worker here.-I said.

-What kind o worker?-Jake asked.

-In a kitchen. -I said and smiled a bit.

-I have a small part of the pack house that nobody is using it. I will ask one of the guards to take you there. We are no longer making food there, so you can call that place your new home.-Jake said and left.

-Thank you, alpha.-I said and smiled.

I saw how his dace reaction changed a bit, but gave me no difference.

-I am Alya. Fallow me.-She said and I followed her.

AT THE SAME TIME

AT JAKE'S POW:

I never thought that my 'mate' could have such a personality. I mean she is not screaming or trying to escape. Still, I am sure that her kind can not feel a mate bond.

-Our mate is different, and that is what I like about her.-My wolf said and grinned.

-You are right. Let's just see how she will handle other pack people.-I said to him and grinned.

I wonder what she has different than other females and why Moon Godness chose her to be my mate. She is just a weak human girl after all.

INSIDE THE KITCHEN

AT EVA'S POW:

I walked inside the kitchen and I thought that I see a normal kitchen since it's a castle. What I was was beyond my expectations. It was old with a lot of dust. I kept looking around and saw those kitchen appliances are not that bad and there also is a working oven. Seems that my life is not going to be that horrible after all.

-Everything okay, miss?-Alya asked.

-It looks like it was not used for a long time.-I said and sighed.

-Well everyone is using the main kitchen, so nobody was paying attention to this one.- Alya said.

-What is your name?- I asked her.

;My name is Alya and it's my first time to see a human. I always thought that they do not exist.-Alya said and smiled.

-I always thought that werewolves do not exist.-I said and sighed.

-If you will need some help you can ask me.-Alya said and smiled.

-I do need something. I need some food products.- I said and smiled.

-I can get you that.-Alya said and left.

I kept looking around the kitchen. I found a small room and it supposes to be the room where I am going to sleep at this moment. It's small and only with a cupboard and a bed, but I can live here. I have lived in worse places before so this is nothing for me.

-I got some products for you.-Alya said, handed me a small bag, and left.

I looked inside and saw a bunch of ingredients, with I will be able to make some chocolate chip cookies and some dinner. I smiled happily. I will be able to make something delicious, and maybe this will cheer me up a bit since I appeared here.

**AUTHORS NOTE Actual recipe for chocolate chip cookies**

Chocolate chip cookies

You will need:

1/2 cup of sugar

3/4 cup of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup of butter

1 egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar powder, still extract way better :)

1 1/4 cup of flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda or cooking powder

As much as you want chocolate chip cookies

How to make:

Mix brown and white sugar with butter and egg until sugar dissolves. Then put flour and baking soda or powder through the sip into the dought. Mix everything up, don't forget salt and vanilla extract. In the end, mix as many chocolate chips or chopped pieces as you want. Chill the dough. It will make it easier to shape cookies. Make even size of cookies, on the baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celcius for 12-15 minutes. When they ready take it out and enjoy it fresh with a glass of milk.

I saw that I have everything that I need, and I started to make some cookies. I made dough and placed it into a portable freezer. I did this because this kitchen does not have a working fridge. After about one hour I took the dough made about twelve cookies and I placed the sheet into a heated oven. After some time I got my cookies ready. I am so happy right now. I think I should leave some for Alya. I placed cookies on the table and went to that small room to sleep. I feel so tired right now. I know that is going to be another long day tomorrow.

AT THE SAME TIME

AT JAKE'S POW:

I was finishing my paperwork until a delicious smell hit my nose. I have no idea what smells this delicious, but I know that I want to try it. I started to follow the scent and it led me to Eva's room. I looked around in the kitchen and saw some cookies on the table. I picked up one and ate it. It tastes amazing, I never ate something delicious like that before. She got some talent for making them. Maybe when she was living with humans she was working something like that?

-Who knows, but we are liking it.-My wolf said.

-She is not that bad after all.-I said.

-So she will only work here or you will make her do a different kind of work?-My wolf asked.

-I am not sure about it, but I know that my dad does not like to have humans around.-I said to him.

-If he eats her sweets I am sure that he is going to change his opinion.-My wolf said and grinned.

-To what?-I asked a bit confused.

-He is going to like her no matter that she is just a human.-My wolf said and smirked.

-Are you trying to make me like her?-I asked him quite annoyed.

-I am not sure, but I know that you are a stubborn person kid.-My wolf said and laughed.

I frowned. I know that I am a stubborn guy, but I do not care about everyone's opinion. I have my own choices. If I do not want a weak human for a mate I am not going to have it. I frowned and left the kitchen.

NEXT DAY

AT EVA'S POW:

I woke up and walked inside the kitchen. I looked around and saw some of the cookies missing and a note on the table. I lifted up a not and started to read it.

***INSIDE THE NOTE***

Since you are living here, you are going to have other chores. Make sure that cooks have enough ingredients inside the kitchen to cook food for the whole pack. If something will be wrong or the cook will be mad, you will have a punishment. You get to eat twice a day, and you can take some of the leftovers to your kitchen. Don't forget that.

I knew that my life here is not going to be simple, but being a helper is not the worst thing in the world. I just need to stay out of the trouble, and I will be alright. I smiled and put an apron on myself. Time to start a new day in a werewolves castle.
