One month later It took Mackenzie well over three weeks to start talking to Ryan again. Ryan had Eli help him hang up the pictures of the kids at his house so that Kenzie would hear about it from her brother, which helped Ryan’s case a bit with her. This past weekend, she went to great lengths at Eli’s birthday party to avoid Ryan. James keeps mumbling how the apple didn’t fall far from the tree with her every time he sees me trying to figure out why she’s being so stubborn about everything. This past Wednesday was the first time she acknowledged his presence on a visit.
