The silence in the room was just dismissed with the louder ringtone from Sarah's cell phone. It was an emergency call from the hospital, which made her leave immediately after answer it.
"It's okay, Sarah," Jackson told her when the she-wolf apologized for what happened. "We can talk later when you came back."
It would be impossible for the Alphas don't talk about that with the Beta later, especially now that they were sure the hunters would come later for them.
