I am not a characterless woman

"No, it’s okay I will go myself. I take subway. Don’t worry. "Patricia said politely.

“As you wish. But i would really like to send you off to your house." Felix was little upset.

                  Patricia left for the subway station. As soon as Patricia was gone, Felix also went home after her. Richard was watching all this from his cabin window. He thought Patricia would go into Felix’s car but it did not happen.

Seeing what happened under the building, a slight smile came on his face. He was also surprised.

“What’s wrong with this girl, why didn't this girl take a lift from Felix??" he murmured. The manager was watching all this while standing behind. He never saw Richard smiling like this. He was wondered about his CEOs behavior.

                   Patricia came running to the hospital. Dr. Martin was waiting for her. He told Patricia that minor operation was successful. Patricia became happy.

“When will we going to do next operation?" Patricia was eager to take her mother home.

“It would be after 15-20 days. Right now aunty is weak hence we can’t do operations continuously. But this one was successful. Now there are more chances of her recovering.” Patricia was very happy by hearing all this.

"Thank you very much Dr. Martine. This is all because of you. I can't tell how happy I am. I had given up all hope. But your hard work paid off. Thank you again.” she said cheerfully

"Just thanks will not work." Martine said with confused glare.    

                   Patricia was shocked. Martine paid for her mother; did he want his money back? Her expression suddenly changed. How could she get one million?

"Hey why are you getting so nervous? I am just asking a favor from you." Martine said teasingly.

“Oh... I got you wrong…sorry. Then which favor do you want?"

“Will you come to the Retro bar with me?" Martine was little hesitated while saying this.

“Retro bar? I am not a good drinker."

“But you can join with me."

“Okay at what time?” Patricia looked at her watch.

“By nine - thirty"

“Fine." Patricia thought that Martin had done so much for her and she could do a little bit for him. Patricia completed some formalities related to operation and left for her house.

                  Today she was little bit relaxed. Even though her day was ruined by her boss but there are many good things happen to her. Her mother’s minor operation, her senior crush and a new job. She went to sleep. After so many days she slept well.

                    Richard was not able to sleep. He could see her face again and again. Her cauldron lip on which Richard had kissed. Her shabby blond shoulder which was touched by him. As soon as that girl's face came in front of Richard, her heart started moving fast. But suddenly he thought of her smiling face with Felix and his face became dark. His expressions became agitated. His smiling curved lips changed their shape.

"Why do I think about that stupid girl? She is just an employee. I should have sleep by now." He said himself and tried to sleep.

                 Alarm rang, it was almost nine. Patricia woke up quickly and went to get ready for her job. Today she wore a Peach Blossom blouse and a cream mini skirt. She was looking very elegant. Her fair and thin legs looked very beautiful. She put a little makeup on her face. She wore a thin bracelet in one hand and a watch in the other one. She looked a little more confident today than yesterday. She was determined that she would not let today's day go bad.

                She left the house wearing baby pink lipstick and carrying her purse. She caught a subway to the office and immediately reached the office. She doesn’t want to be late for office otherwise it will cause more trouble in future.

                 She sat at her desk. Her gaze went to Richard's cabin. She found the chair empty. Her colleague Helly told that sir will come after lunch. A small smile bumped on her face as soon as he heard this. Patricia was very happy to hear this. Patricia started doing her work.  It was one o'clock in the afternoon and there was still an hour left for lunch time. Everyone was busy doing their work.

                    Suddenly Patricia saw a thin and beautiful girl coming towards her in great anger. She stood in front of Patricia. Patricia got stood up and was about to ask something .All of a sudden she slapped Patricia

“Whackkkkkk"

"A cheap girl like you is not fit to work in this company. I know nasty girls like you well. What do you think sleeping with someone and you will get this money and fame? You can go to any extent to get a high job and rich boyfriend."                                                        

                  Everyone started standing and watching. She was Suzy, Richard's fiance. She heard some people whispering while she was under the building

.“Suzy doesn't know that the new employee seduce Richard. Even Do not know what both of them did in the cabin yesterday" One office-mate said.

“Both must have done something. You have not seen how beautiful she is. Every boy in the office keeps watching him. Anyone can be seduced by her." Other one added to it

"She is much beautiful than Suzy. Thus, she got this job without any qualification. Something is going on between Richard and the new employee." another evil one said.

                Suzy loved Richard very much but Richard always avoids her. He probably did not come to the office today as Suzy was about to come. Richard was marrying her only because she was the only daughter of the industrialist of the city. Both families will benefited greatly by their marriage. It was only a business deal. But Suzy liked him a lot. She was very possessive for Richard. When he talked to another girl, she didn't like it either.

                Gossip under the building made her so angry that she went and slapped Patricia. Suzy turned red in anger. Patricia was looking at her with a crying face. Everyone was looking at them

"What did I do wrong, Mam?" Patricia said cryingly.

"What did you do? I am not shameless like you. You lured my fiancé to get this job and now doing lusty things to attract him. Listen he will not even look at you. Get your nerves right. Don’t try to seduce him again. Otherwise i will kill you."

                Suzy didn’t wait for her answer and left from the office furiously. Patricia ran to the washroom. As soon as she went to the washroom, she started crying loudly. She never felt so ashamed in her whole life.

                 Ever since she joined this office, she has got only and only insulted. Now the finger is being raised on her character.

"What did I do? Why did you hit me? Am I after your fiancé? What do i have to do with both of you?  People like you have no feeling. You people can say anything to anyone. Am I an animal for both of you? I’m not a characterless girl. I’m not a lusty girl.”

              She was looking at herself in the mirror and saying all whatever she was not able to say that time. She thought how she would face everyone now. Don't know what Felix must be thinking about me? Now everyone will think that she is a characterless woman. She seduces boys.  She started to hate the rich people even more.

"What do these people think of themselves? Will they do as they please?" she said to herself.

                Patricia cried a lot. She came out of the washroom after her heart became lighter. Felix was waiting for her near her desk. She was feeling embarrassed in front of him. Her colleague Helly was also looking at her.

"Are you okay Patricia." Felix comforted her.

"Hmm" She said heavily.

"I know she has hurt you. Unfortunately she is Sir's fiancée. Her nature is very aggressive. She is very possessive about sir. She must have heard some tantrums about him and you." Felix said.

"Yes, she cannot tolerate any girl around him. And beautiful girl not at all. You better stay away from both of them. Both deserve each other. One is Psycho and other is Fool." Helly said resentfully.

                    Patricia felt little relived. At least she has such good friends in this company.  Seeing them both a little sad, Patricia changed her mood and said

"its okay, I am not feeling hurt at all. She is our future boss. We must not disrespect her. I guess her love for Sir has become aggression."

"That’s so kind of you Patricia. Let’s go for lunch. “Helly looked little impressed by her.

              They went to the canteen for lunch. It was almost three in the afternoon. They had lunch together. After lunchtime Patricia has decided that she will avoid Richard as much as possible. She saw that Helly was going outdoor for some project related work. Patricia asked her senior to send her too since Helly was in need of partner. As soon as senior permitted, Patricia went outside for that work.

                     Richard came to the office after his meeting. He already heard from the manager what happened in the office today. He got mad at Suzy. He immediately called her.

“What did you do in office today?” He said irritatingly.

“Oh your mistress told you already?” Suzy was shocked to see Richard's call.

“It’s not a fun. I asked why you did it. Why the hell did you slap her?"

"She deserves it. I am your fiancé and I have a right to slap that slut." She said resentfully.

"Shut up.  I told you before don’t misbehave with company's employee.

"Is she very special employee that you called me by yourself? It’s been long times you haven’t call me. You even didn’t receive my call since a month."
