I stared at him and he gave me the go ahead nod before I slowly opened the box and saw a brown envelope.
“What's in there?” I asked, turning to look at Alpha Leo. He gave me a nod, indicating that I should open it.
With trembling fingers, I tore the envelope and let out a little gasp as I peeked inside. It was a photograph of a plus size, chubby-faced young boy of about ten years old, with rosy cheeks and a wide grin. He was dressed in a brightly colored outfit that seemed to clash with the rustic background behind him.
As I stared at the picture with furrowed eyebrows, I couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity. The boy in the photograph had strikingly similar eyes to Alpha Leo, and his features bore a striking resemblance to him.
