Star's POV

"Rachel, take care of this mess." I demand the omega who scurries out of the room to get help most likely. I'm not stupid. It's obvious she was in love with Finn, but the feeling was not mutual. Disposing the love of your life's dead body is just the beginning of her punishment.

"Zola." I call her name and wrap her in a hug. "We will have a proper burial for your mom in the morning. I want you to attempt to get some sleep. Okay?" She nods her head at me and walks out of the office. "Now what?" Andrew asks as he brings me in for a hug. I cry against his chest, feeling heartbroken for Zola and for every wolf in the world. I have no doubt that they can feel the loss of Selene.

I pull away from the hug when Rachel, William, and Mike walk in the office. The two men carry the body out of the office while Rachel begins cleaning the blood off the floor. "I want to see you in my office after the funeral tomorrow morning. I'm I understood?" Her entire body is a shaking mess as she nods her head. "After you clean the blood, go outside and burn Finn's body. Once the fire is out, you may go back to sleep." With that said, Andrew and I leave the office and head back to Selene's room.

"I can't believe he did this." I mumble to my mate. I pull the blanket over Selene's face, turn the lights off, and we head back to our own bedroom. I have no idea how many hours pass by, but the sun is soon rising. I look at Andrew who is snoring like a baby and I can't help but smile at him. Placing a kiss on his forehead, I quietly get out of bed and head to Selene's old office. Standing outside the door, I realize she never got around to showing me how to open it. f**k.

"Place one hand on the door and wave your other hand slowly over the handle. Then chant this." I do as my wolf says and the door opens. "How in the world did you know that?" I internally ask her. "I-I don't know actually." I close the door behind me and walk to the giant bowl of water. Selene told me about this, but I've never seen how it works. I guess I will try everything until I figure it out. I stare into the water, but nothing happens. All I see is my reflection, not those who are on Earth. "Try touching it." Once again, I do as my wolf suggests and my eyes widen in surprise. Once I touch the water, I see a wolf pack that I've never seen before. When I touch the water again, it shows me another pack.

"Woah."

"Try thinking about Blood Moon Pack and then touch the water." I smile at just the thought of seeing my former pack. I do as my wolf says and I smile when I see my family and pack members! My smile fades though when I see how upset and angry my mom, dad, Grandma Daisy, Grandpa Avery, Uncle Noah, and Uncle Alex look. What happened?

If anyone were to know, it would be Aunt Alice. I tap the water and it shows me the palace that is in complete chaos. What the hell? "How can I hear what's going on?" I ask my wolf since she seems to have the answers to everything.

"Use your finger and make the letter V on the water." My ear drums feel like they are going to explode when I do that and hear Uncle Landon yelling to the royal pack to ,"FIND HER AND BRING THE KIDNAPPER BACK TO ME ALIVE!" Woah, what? Kidnapper?" I have to go help. "No, Star. You can't."

I let out a loud growl, which resulted in someone knocking on the door. I could smell his delicious scent immediately. Opening the door, I pulled Andrew in before shutting it. "Star. Talk to me."

"Someone kidnaped Nova." I say through gritted teeth. His face morphs into anger and his hands clench into fists. "Let's go." I grab his hand and offer a soft smile. "I love you and how protective you are of our family, but if we leave now, we can't return to Earth until next year." He stares at me dumbfounded. "Can't you change that silly rule now that you are in charge?"

I think about what he just said and freeze. Can I?

"I'll dwell on that idea later. This is important and I don't care if it means we can't return till next year. I need to save my niece. Stay here, I"ll be right back." I run to Zola's room and she quickly opened the door before I even knocked on it. "Hey. what's going on? Is it time already?" She asks me with red puffy eyes. "No, I will have to move the funeral to later tonight. Someone kidnaped my niece, so Andrew and I are going to Earth. I am leaving you in charge. Can you handle that? Or should I leave Andrew here?" She hugs me, catching me off guard. "Go save her. I can handle everything here." I thank her and run back to where Andrew is. Squeezing his hand tightly, I transported us to the palace.
