As the daughter of a farmer Davina Taylor didn't have many opportunities in life. She lived a lively childhood only until her mother died of an unfortunate accident, her father changed and so did her life after that.

Growing up she heard about the King who ruled over them all, a vampire King who was a legend among the people of Tarnan. She admired him from the very beginning, even to the level of loving him in her dreams.

So when she got a chance to be with him, help him grow out of the stage he was in, she took it without hesitation. She thought her love for him was enough for the both of them.
