The Alpha’s Remedy

Chapter 2

Aria’s POV

I kept looking out the window as I watched the day darken. My heart bled. Was this what Jason wanted? To make me a s*x slave the moment he was proclaimed Alpha? I knew that was more than what he wanted.

This was just the beginning. The first thing he thought about when he was handed the scroll to become Alpha was to make me suffer.

He was just getting started.

It didn’t take long before I heard the sound of sirens, gun shots, and wolf howls. I knew the alphas had arrived. The celebration was near and I was one step closer to being defiled by 10 ruthless men

I could see numerous cars, tanks, bikes. It was a commotion. Ten leaders were going to be gathered together and they all had one thing in common. Their hatred for omegas.

They all partook in the bill to kill all omegas. They believed we were cursed amongst werewolves. We were of no use to them and we were repulsive.

Even as the entire Alphas emerged and stepped in, all they ever did was make me think harder about my life. I wanted to escape from this, but the door was locked and I had to wait for my fate.

I used my eyes to count them as they walked inside. I knew them by their seal.

Alpha 2

Alpha 3

Alpha 4

Alpha 5

Alpha….

Alpha 6.

One look at him and my heart skipped. The brunette, ruthless-looking man wasn’t just an Alpha, but the ruler of the entire northern region. He was the only alpha to ever rule 4 packs. I heard numerous stories about him.

He was a beast, He was heartless, He killed without mercy, His eyes were weapons.

I was terrified from where I was, peeping from the window. While staring at him walk with powerful strides, it felt as though something awakened in me. There was this energy I felt that I couldn’t describe. My wolf who had been silenced for so long seemed to be awake.

For the first time, I could feel my wolf.

I watched him walk. There was something about him that made me not want to take my eyes off him. I knew it wasn’t his flawless face, his perfect body. It had to be more than that. What was this connection I felt?

My wolf answered my question when she whispered. “Mate” That was the first time she was talking to me in 8 years.

I gasped as my heart pounded in my chest.

He walked for a while, about to enter the mansion when he stopped.

He stopped.

His guards looked around to see if there was any cause of danger. He didn’t look around like he was searching for something. Almost as though he knew I was staring at him, his eyes met directly with mine as he looked up.

I felt my breathing being snatched from my body. My skin turned cold as I stared at those dark eyes. I fell back to the floor. I couldn’t behold it.

Fear gripped me.

It couldn’t be. He couldn’t be my mate. I had waited for so long and I was going to be mated to a man who I knew could be even worse than Jason. I stayed on the floor, not daring to look up. I was terrified.

It just couldn’t be.

I stayed where I was as the night matured, still in shock, astonished. I had totally forgotten I was going to be left under the mercy of ten men until I heard the keys jingling and the door to my room opening. I gasped in fear as I stood up immediately.

About 3 guards entered in and marched towards me immediately, seizing me.

“No please no!” I cried out even though the ache in my mouth prevented me from talking properly. Jason had just assaulted me not too long ago and now he wasn’t even going to wait for me to heal before throwing me to my death.

“Let me go!” I kicked and screamed, thrashing around. I didn’t want to be taken to them. I knew there was no point in struggling because they were stronger than me.

I was carried out of the room into the hallway. Hot tears flowed down my cheek as the other pack members watched me with keen interest.

I was carried out unto the large hall where most occasions were held. The huge door was opened and I was flung inside. I curled myself together not daring to look up. I closed my eyes too.

I couldn’t see, but I knew this sounded nothing like a celebration. It was silent and the only thing that could be heard was my whimpers and hard breathing.

“What are you doing Ari, aren’t you going to introduce yourself to the guest” Jason called out, but I remained where I was, planted by fear.

Before I knew it, one of the guards came closer and kicked me in the stomach. I knew Jason had ordered it. I groaned in pain as the other forced me up. I was before a round a table with one, two, three, four, five, seven, eight, nine and ten alphas seated on a round table.

I didn’t count six because even while I was able to look at other alphas, I didn’t dare look at him. I still remember how I felt just by staring at his eyes. I felt my soul slipping out of my body. It felt like my energy was being drained. It wasn’t just in my head, it was real.

“Gentlemen, behold Aria” Jason spoke with a complacent smile on his face. “She might be the only Omega currently still living”

“How long have you kept her hidden?” Alpha one, a dark haired man with dark eyes asked as he scanned me.

“I haven’t set my eyes on one in 5 years”

“Deceptive creatures, why didn’t you kill her?”

Jason looked at me for a while and then played with his fingers. “Oh, I am going to. She deserves it. Even worse, but I thought” he smiled again. “Maybe instead of getting rid of her so easily, since she might be the last of her kind, we can have a little fun with her”

“I am not going anywhere near that creature” alpha four shook his head.

“It doesn’t sound like a bad idea.” Alpha nine spoke. “Such beauty can’t just go to waste” he was up on his feet with a callous smile on his face. I knew what he wanted to do and my knees weakened at the thought of that.

“She is in really bad shape” Alpha Nine grabbed me roughly by my chin, forcing me to look up. “Did you do this Jason?” he asked and Jason nodded proudly.

Alpha Nine looked back at me. “Now don’t be shy princess, take off your clothes”

My throat went dry. This was when I looked at him.

My mate.

Alpha six. He was looking at me too with the same fire in his eyes. He looked emotionless. I knew it was highly unlikely he would feel anything for me since he didn’t have a heart, but was he going to let this happen?

“Are you deaf, take your clothes off” Jason commanded. The guard behind me hit me hard on my back. Alpha nine didn’t hesitate; he tore my shirt without warning as hot tears streamed down my cheeks.

He cupped my chin. “Now don’t shed those omega tears. You don’t want to get me even more irritated”

Jason scoffed “You should be lucky he wants you. Who would ever want an omega” he scowled in anger, but he didn’t tell them for 8 years he had been begging to be with me. He was hopeless when he begged. I wanted to tell them all that, but I knew he would kill me.

Once again, I looked at him. This time he wasn’t looking at me. Maybe he couldn’t stand me.

Alpha nine held me closer, grasping my waist. He pulled my hair pack and grabbed it tightly. He slipped his hand from my waist to my breast which was partially exposed.

I was shaking hard.

‘Please do something’. I kept glancing at him. I knew one word from him and this would stop. He was the ruler of the northern state and none of the Alphas would dare contend with him.

I felt a hot breath on my neck. Alpha nine squeezed hard, so hard that I cried out. I felt something cold on my neck and my eyes widened as he placed a silver blade on me.

He trailed the blade all the way down and then used it to rip the remaining part of my clothing. In the process, he cut my skin but he didn’t care.

I stood naked, bleeding shaking from fear but I didn’t say a word because I was scared.

He held me closer again and this time I knew there was nothing stopping him. This was it. This was my destiny. To suffer like the rest of my kind did. I remembered Alpha Frederick. The only Alpha that had a heart and stood for what was right

He was gone and I was left under the mercy of his son.

This was it.

This was my destiny.

I was going to suffer and die like I was meant to years back. I closed my eyes in submission.

“That’s enough” A cold voice called out and everything stopped, including my heart.
