Our gathering room is very big. We had the school use two classrooms that was built into just one room. The walls are black with a grey and white graffiti painted skull. There is also a skull on our door. we have seventy-five members in our group or more. The new students are going to begin their classes tomorrow which will be a battle ground to recruit new members. We Kings and Queens are graduating this year which means that we must find someone to take our place before then and train and teach them. but before that I must focus on recruiting new members after that I can start looking for my replacement. I just hope that I will find a replacement before graduation, or I’m screwed. Then mom texted me asking what time I will be home which I didn’t know yet, but I couldn’t tell her that, so I answered that I will be home at 19.00 pm the latest depending on how much traffic there is. I was born at midnight, so I won’t be able to find my fated mate or mates until tomorrow. I just hope that my fated mate or mates will accept me and won’t reject me. I also hope that it is another dragon, so I won’t have to worry about intimidating or frighten my mate. my dragon form can look scary or intimidating depending on her mood. But I have faith in our goddess. After my mums text I walked towards the classroom in the next corridor next to our gathering room because our next lesson which is history begins soon. Me and my second and third in command walked inside the classroom and took our usual seat. Our usual seat is at the back of the classroom and closest to the windows and beside me is my second in commands seat and beside them is the third in commands seat and in front of me sits Blaze with his back towards me and next to our seats and in the seat in the middle of the classroom sits Adrian Tepes with his four in commands. His second and third in command sits on his right side while the other two sits on his left side. He sits in the middle of the four. All the Kings and Queens have the same classes with their commanders but not everyone sits together with them. It can attract a lot of attention which is why not all Kings and Queens like to sit with their in commands so that they won’t attract attention. I didn’t sit with my in commands in the beginning either but because of a former students attack on other students and teachers me, Blaze and Adrian swore peace amongst each other and fought together to defeat this student and later brought them to the principal office and apparently that student was expelled from school because of bullying, abuse and killing a student. In that moment we swore that we would step forward as Kings and Queens to make sure that this doesn’t happen under our rule. That’s why we also held a secret meeting amongst as Kings and Queens to make a rule. Killing or causing students death is strictly forbidden. And so, all we Kings and Queens keep an eye on all students including our own people. And this is how we created rules and decided to make peace amongst us. That’s how we have been able to keep the peace and the principal happy for years. Me, Blaze and Adrian are the only ones that weren’t by the last Queens and Kings because they only wanted terror and chaos and lead with fear which is why we defeated them in a dual between leaders which meant that all the Kings and Queens were there as judges and make sure that no one cheats. In the end, we decided which territory we wanted and defeated their leader, then we took over. This was when we were new students, and it was only our first day at school. I think that thanks to that day I have made many new friends with different supernatural beings than me. Many of them are very influential and may be so in the future if wars or something happens. Anyway, last year I had a crush on Blaze and confessed and got rejected, but instead of feeling sad for myself, I asked if we could be friends, and he said that he would love to be my friend. We have been hanging out in secret ever since that day. Blaze is a very funny person. He can be quiet and cold sometimes while daydreaming. He can also be a dork and a prankster sometimes, too. As much as I like my friend, I hope that my mate won’t be like him. I hope that he finds his mate soon and that she will be kind-hearted and can handle him so that he won’t look so lonely and sad anymore. Therefore, I pray every day to the goddess that we will find our mates soon. It would’ve been fun too if he was my mate or if I have mates and he was one of them to liven up things when a bad time arrives, but I don’t think that I will be that lucky. But still it would’ve been great and all. I would love to have him as my other mate if I have more than one. It would have made me so happy but either way I will love my mate or mates with all my heart and protect them at any cost no matter what, and my dragon agrees with me. Our in command works a lot like how it does in werewolf packs. Our second in command is like a beta and much like a gamma, etc. After class ended, it was lunchtime. I went to sit in my usual seat when, suddenly, both Blaze and Adrian came and sat in front of me. My in commands were skipping lunch today. I wonder what they are doing here. What if something has happened? What if someone has started to make trouble? And so, I started to overthink and think of every possible reason why they sat at my usual table.
“Hi girl. You know its not safe for a well-known Queen like yourself to sit alone!?” said Adrain.
“Yeah, I agree with dork head here.” Said Blaze.
And as usual, they don’t get along and what if they turned out to be my mates? No, I don’t think I could live with their banter all day. That would just drive me crazy and just the mere thought of that gives me this urge to want to strangle them. I looked at them with anger in my eyes, which made them flinch and focus on their food instead.
