Chase's POV
We both lay down on our individual beds after packing our luggage. Because our flight to New York is tomorrow. It will only be a three-day vacation there, and then we will return here. Everything is in place now, and all we have to do now is wait for our flight in the morning. We didn't go grocery shopping, so we just ordered takeout for dinner.
We decided to watch a movie after dinner because we were not yet sleepy. It's my responsibility to get some snacks while Taylor picks the movie.
"I'm curious. When we returned here, why were you so quiet? Are you upset that I didn't inform you of my upcoming trip to New York?" I ask him while sipping my drink.
