I was shocked and unsure of what to do with what Matthew had told me. But in his eyes, he had this look like there was more to tell me, too much for right at that moment outside the bathroom. At the same time, he did defend me and get Mr Hicks to back off when I said no to drinking alcohol. My biggest thought was maybe he had answers, or maybe he wanted to help me make sure Dylan goes to prison for what he had done to me. In all honesty, I was worried about getting home safely.
