Matthew’s POV- The moment I started to drive Eilith home, I noticed that she was still shivering a little, so I turned the heating on full blast, and directed the heaters at her. I wanted to make sure she was warm. She was being really quiet, which is common for her. She rarely seemed to speak in the car. But I think that maybe it is because she is nervous in the car with me. Maybe in time it will change. I could even ask her one day. I was quite concerned that she would be home alone till God knows when. I didn’t like that idea, given what had happened to her, and how much alcohol she had consumed this evening.
