Letizia searched my eyes for something and smiled proudly at me.
“You’re the one who killed Geoff,” she said it more as a fact instead of a statement, “by your laws that makes you the true Alpha. It’s a pleasure to meet you”
“You as well,” I smiled at her.
“Here, let me give you this,” she reached into her pouch and pulled out a small vile.
“What is it?”
“Something to help counteract the symptoms of the poison”
Ryan snatched it from her hand before I could grab it.
“And how do we know it’s not just more poison?” He glowered at her.
She quickly grabbed the bottle, opened it and took a sip. Closed the bottle and handed it back to him.
