Chapter 32 – Quits
As I walked towards the entrance of the bar, a motorcycle parked in front. The world seemed to stop at the moment when a guy pulled out his gun and pointed it at us, people who were crossing down the street.
He fired the gun and shoted the old woman in front of me, next to the man in corporate attire beside me. It was in chaos after. I could hear the clamorous shrieked of the people, none of them helped the victims.
I felt like my body froze, I didn't dare to run away just like them. My feet weren't moving, I stared at the pools of blood running on the street down to where I am. I gripped the strap of my bag grimly as I watched the dead bodies, wide-eyed, unable to move and help them.
