Chapter 33 – Taking a Cab
Before she could speak, I quickly turn my back at her and went to my room. I was thankful for what she did. Now, I have an excuse not to celebrate with them. I could stay in my room until the guests bid goodbyes.
I closed the door and sighed. I immediately wear off the dress and changed into pajamas. There was a vibration in my bedside lamp. It was my phone and I know who it was.
It was Isaiah, he keeps on messaginf me during the day and I haven't dared to seen it. I scrolled the thread to reached the first message I haven't read down to the last he sent.
