The day at the orphanage was just wonderful and relieving. There was no Jackie or his family and the kids made her feel at home. They never judged anybody and that alone could calm Caitlyn. After a whole day playing and laughing, Caitlyn felt high in spirits. The following week at work passed by so quickly that she barely noticed the days fly by. But then, every time Jackie saw her, he wore a sad expression which really bothered her a lot. It was finally Friday, meaning she had two more days to herself. It was almost the time to pack up when Emma came into her room.
"Miss Mackarren, you have a call," she said.
"Who is it?" she asked bewildered. Who would call her at this point of time on a weekend?
"He says that his name is Lucas Lyons," she shrugged.
"Oh!" she exclaimed. It was Bunny!
