When Katherine said we were going out for lunch, I assumed that she meant we were going to get some coffee and probably some salad. She certainly looked like the type of person who was very particular about the food they ate. With a body like hers, you would imagine she only ate very healthy amounts of salad and protein shakes, and then it was straight to the gym to burn off any calories which she might have gained from the ‘meal’.
So when she explained that we were going to a proper restaurant, and she ordered a full course seafood pasta with some coleslaw and a side of spicy wings, I nearly allowed my jaw to drop to the floor.
