Raymond's POV
Ariana was still asleep when I got up early, so I cooked a delicious breakfast for the two of us with eggs, bacon, ham, and with toast. I ate alone and saved the leftovers for her. I just covered the food on the table because I knew she would be peckish when she woke up. I returned to my room, changed into my business attire, grabbed my laptop, put it in my bag, and left right away.
I made sure the house was locked so Ariana couldn't escape, and I told Manang to keep an eye on that palaka while I was gone. Manang had access to the house and could enter at any time. Before I drove back to Manila, I also told the guard on duty to keep an eye on Ariana.
