Like Xander had said, the league members had been truly relieved when I closed Aida’s case, except those three under Eden that had been looking for a revenge match.
They could still do it, just not under the league.
When I returned to my throne, I found the little rogue girl and our new rescue, the boy, neatly dressed up and waiting. Xander had really done a good job with them.
The little girl looked away the moment she saw me. For fear? I didn’t know.
“Boss!” the little boy waved. He must have picked it up.
I glanced at Eden who gave me a sheet of paper having photocopies of the markings on the children body.
