Chapter 38: Mixed feelings
~Zoe~ As I walked in, I was blown away by the sight that met me. Apart from the amazing view that I could see from where I stood, there was greenery everywhere. There were flowers of different kinds and colors, sizes, and shapes in every corner. There were also short plants that were blooming with a wide array of fruits; some that I knew and some I didn’t. “What is this place?” I walked further into the space, my eyes eagerly taking in the area that was a greenhouse. Before today, I didn’t even know that there was a rooftop; talk more of one that boasted such a magnificent greenhouse. I was in awe of how big and luscious the leaves of the plants that I could touch were. They looked well taken care of. What stumped me the most was that I was supposed to be meeting Niklaus.
