I left the trash in James' hands and went to find my woman. I approached the car, and she was sitting there with her head leaned back and her eyes closed. I gently opened the door, but the moment she heard the sound, she scooted closer to the door in fear.
"Hi, my beauty, it's me."
I got inside and pulled her close to me, hugging her close to my body, and we stayed like that for a while.
"We can go h-home now. I don't want to see this place anymore."
