Mari side-stepped and stood up on her hind legs, then came crashing down on Lupin, pinning him. She growled for the first time at Lupin, showing her teeth. He fought back, trying to get free, but Mari had him completely pinned. She growled again, more ferociously, and Lupin's ears went back, and he licked his muzzle.
Mari huffed and got off of him, going to stand beside Jesse, whose eyes looked like they were gonna pop out. We shifted back and, sure enough, clothes. Jesse did a triple-take and blew out a breath.
