“Has he any grudge against me?” I asked both Dave and Sebastian in a curious tone. We were sitting in Sebastian’s office right now. Dave took a deep breath and glanced at Sebastian. I narrowed my eyes while looking at both of them curiously.
Dave leaned towards the desk in front of us and put his hand on the top of the desk. “I don’t remember any incident where you crossed your path with him in the past. We … we have some collaborations, but we don’t have any bad blood with him.” Dave replied to me in a calm tone.
“Same goes with me. Although we never did business together but we never competed with each other for any project in the past.” Sebastian said after Dave in a calm tone, but there was also some confusion in his voice.
