“I could use a coffee.” Dustin smiles brightly. * * * * They walk back to the car and drive to Mesa. It takes them a little while to find the coffee shop, but eventually they do, parking up the street from it. They go into the shop, a kind of bohemian place called “The Green Bean” and go to the counter. They both order lattes and then ask to speak to the owner. They are shown to a table in a corner, and not long after their coffees arrive, a woman in her forties comes over and sits down. “Hello, I’m Mary Right. You wanted to speak to me?” Mary asks. “Hi, Mary, we’re both working with the police on your friend Jade’s case. We’d like to ask you about her disappearance.” Ronan shows his private detective and police consultant identification, to prove he is who he says he is, not a report
