Warning: Dark scenes
In a shabby and shady building, six women dressed in a black cloak marched with a big glass of water into a grand hall with other members seated waiting for them.
They took their seat and the ring leader also sat removing her cloak,
a lady who looked exactly like Charlotte spoke.
"For a very long time, we have lived without a leader, lurking amongst the darkness waiting patiently for his return, we were deceived, toyed with, mocked at and some of us were killed.
But today all that has changed, with the presence of our leader we will begin to dominate, we would show the world what we once were and how treacherous we can be.
Still we will remain loyal to our master and obey his every command"
Murmurs began amongst the members, they were surprised that after so many years of being leaderless, they were able to successfully bring out a leader.
"Bring in the boy" Dephanie ordered,
Kadmiel was ushered into the hall with his hands tied.
He looked at all the members dressed in red cloak and a few on black staring back at him until he spotted a familiar person
"Grandma" he called.
"Hello my boy" Dephanie said and smiled sweetly at him. He was brought closer to her and she looked carefully at him.
"What are you waiting for, Bow before your leader"
All the members bowed
"Hail Lorde" they chorused bowing three times.
Kadmiel was confused on what was going,
"Grandma what is going on" he asked, they were acting creepy and bowing to him which made him uncomfortable.
"Relax Kadmiel, you are safe with Grandma" Dephanie coaxed him into trusting her.
"Stretch forth your hand" she ordered and Kadmiel was hesitant.
"I won't hurt you, I am your Grandma right"
He nodded his head and stretched his hand, Dephanie took out a knife and he quickly retracted his hand.
"Hold him" Dephanie strictly ordered, her gaze was sharp on Kadmiel, two guards held him still and she made a s***h mark on his hand.
Allowing a drop of blood to fall into the glass of water, she mixed it and drank then shared the rest to all the members passing it round.
she smiled at him and patted his head which disgusted him, why was his grandma doing such a thing.
They sat Kadmiel on the king sized chair and all the members including Dephanie stood up and bowed to him.
"Lorde, we are possesively under your service, your wish is our command"
Drinking his blood actually meant that they were submissive to him and bound to him and his bloodline forever, whatever he commanded, they would do.
"When my dad gets here, he will kill all of you" Kadmiel threatened with a coerced voice, he had full faith that Dylan would save him and get him out of there, he had promised to always protect him from harm.
Three men with substantial influence walked into the hall, each one taking a sip of the glass.
"Why are you late" Dephanie eyed them.
"We are here, that's all that matters"
Azazel said,
"And to think we would have missed the coronation of our master" Baron added.
"Hail Lorde" they also bowed to Kadmiel.
Dephanie was so angry, she had gone through a lot of stress to kidnap Kadmiel, even now she still lived in fear of Dylan and Anabel but because the cult needed their master she had to step up and make amends.
She wanted the coronation to be perfect but those three men kept getting on her last nerves.
After the coronation, Dephanie and the three men remained in the hall.
"Do you know that you are in so much trouble for abducting that boy, Dylan has conducted a thorough search for him"
Azazel said alerting her.
"I am well aware of that but he won't find him" Dephanie removed her cloak,
"You must be really confident to say that" Blade answered,
"I am, I had covered up all traces and there wasn't any slip up" She bragged raising her shoulders,
"Really, so what is your brilliant plan now" Baron asked,
"The child stays here until he grows up and I will be guiding him along the way" she replied,
"You must be crazy to think that the boy would agree to stay here" Baron laughed,
"I know he will"
"I would so love to burst your bubble that within any second from now, Dylan might barge in here and burn this whole place to the ground.
I think you of all people should know how deadly he is and what he is capable of doing" Baron informed,
"Would you stop with all your ranting, I don't need your opinion, the deed has already been done" she sneered,
"You are leading us to our early grave, I had warned you to forget about the boy but you insisted.
If this cult is destroyed, it will be your fault" Azazel threatened,
"Don't you dare make it seem like I made the choices alone, you three are in this and if I have to die now I will drag you guys along" she reverted,
"Be my guest" Baron smirked, Dephanie was a nobody compared to him, her threats to bring him down was nothing but mere words.
She might be sly and quick witted but she wasn't smarter than him.
"Now is not the time to fight, let's assume Dylan never finds him which I doubt, what is your brilliant plan to groom him" Blade asked again,
"I will teach him our ways and make him more dangerous and even worse than his father" she replied confidently
"Bravo" Blade complimented her with a hint of sarcasm.
Her words sounded so absurd to him.
"I can't wait to see how all this unfolds" Azazel mocked,
"Without further gibberish from you, I am out of here, and you might want to check up on the kid, he may have escaped by now" Baron suggested as he sluggishly lifted up his body and left.
Dephanie sprung to her feet in fear of what he said, Kadmiel might also be like his father sly and cunny, he probably may have been far away from there.
She opened the door, and when she saw him she calmed down, she was so scared.
"You look troubled" Kadmiel said sensing her fears and her greasy face from sweating.
"Are you scared that I might escape Grandma,
I remember your offer for me to follow you, is this what you meant"
She tilted her head looking at the smart and handsome looking boy.
He wasn't naive like most regular kids.
"Don't worry, I won't run away it would be a waste to you right.
You must have worked really hard to get me out of my father's care.
How many days did you plot?" He asked.
"A month" she answered, Dylan security was tight in every possible way, it wasn't easy to infiltrate and get out alive she needed a source of distraction.
The thanksgiving day was a perfect day because they would be a lot of celebration and Dylan would let his guard down.
"I don't mean to brag but you wasted your time.
My father is going to kill you even if you are family, he doesn't take betrayal likely" Kadmiel advised.
The Troy family was a strict family, if anyone betrayed them that person would be cut off from the face of the earth.
"You are just one proud child, I intended on going easy on you but now I have changed my mind" she answered,
"You don't need to go easy on me Grandma, you know what type of person I am" he replied,
"I don't know why they had to raise you like this" She cursed underneath her breath, he was too stubborn to bend him to do her will, she knew that she would have a hard time training him into to be the leader the cult needed.
"I am the son of my father, were you expecting me to be weak" he lashed out looking angrily at her.
"If you corporate with me then your life here will be easy, I am your Grandma after all, I still love you and will take good care of you" she said,
"I do not believe you" he replied,
if she was able to seperate him from his family and make those people drink his blood then there was nothing she would say to him that would make him believe her.
"Does grandpa know about this, does he know that you abducted his favorite grandchild, I am sure you must have them all worried sick pretending like you don't know exactly where I am and who took me" He let out,
for all he knew she could be misleading them into searching for him somewhere else.
"They don't know and no one will be able to find you" she gave him a deadly stare.
"My father will find me and mother will never forgive you for what you have done"
Indeed Anabel and Dylan would never forgive her for abducting their son.
"Uggghhh, shut up" Dephanie slammed the door, how could such a small boy be so annoying, 'when you are the son of a Mafia lord what do you expect' she muttered.
Kadmiel folded his arms and watched the time waiting patiently for his father.
Dephanie walked a few steps away from his room when she heard an explosion.
Her body stiffened and her mind went haywire.
Could that be Dylan, has he found them, that wasn't possible she doubted, he couldn't find them so quickly, she silently wished it wasn't him and that it was a false alarm, Perhaps Baron was pulling her legs with a prank aiming to make her fear.
She halted for a few seconds and then she heard gunshots and screams, it terrified her.
"What was going on" she thought holding her chest to stop her heart from beating faster, she almost forgot how to breath and her body was getting heavy for her take a step.
