6. Starting

Lee Jia closed her eyes and breathed deeply to feel the slight wave in her body then looked at him with her red and deep eyes.

Yes, Kang Ray wanted to see these eyes. Now, he was sure in his assumption.

“Why are you doing this?” She asked in a low and hoarse voice. Kang Ray caressed her back firmly to seduce her more.

“I want you to realize the real you.” He said and pecked on her lips. She hugged his head tightly and after a while, she came back to her senses. She realized that she was enjoying his palms’ movements on her body. His eyes were red and deep and it was complicated to understand the reason behind the redness. The eyes were looking as it was filled with blood and darkness. Kang Ray understood that she was feeling strange due to his eyes so he quickly carried her and let her sit on her seat. He closed his eyes and leaned back on the seat to control the emerging emotion in his body. Lee Jia looked at him but could not understand anything. Just then, her eyes fell on the front mirror and she got stunned. Her eyes were red and bright as the sun in the morning. She got frightened and looked at Kang Ray. She held his arm nervously and shook it.

“My eyes… What is happening to our eyes?” She asked in a panic. Kang Ray opened his eyes and looked at her with his deep and normal eyes. The redness had faded away from his eyes and Lee Jia started panicking so the redness in her eyes started fading away.  

Kang Ray reached his palm and rubbed her hair.

“There is nothing wrong with our eyes. See.”

Yes, his eyes were no longer red and she glanced into the mirror and saw that her eyes were not red at all. She panicked and looked at him to argue that she had seen the redness just now but she ignored and frowned.

Kang Ray understood half of the issue and also understood that she was not still aware of who she was.

“Where do you want to go, now?”

“Huh?” She turned her head in a daze and looked at him. His handsome face and delightful eyes made her normal and she smiled with a sigh.

“It’s night already. I will go home and cook for me and my mother. I have lost my job so there is nothing to do now.” She said. Kang Ray smiled slightly and looked in front.

“Let’s go for dinner, then.” He said and drove the car.

“What about my mother?”

“Your mother will drink and sleep soundly. Don’t worry.”

Lee Jia widened her mouth but could not find a word to describe his words. He was too carefree.

That was the same place where they came to have dinner last night and she fainted because he kissed her boldly. Lee Jia was happy and nervous because of the intimacy they had last night and today evening. He was the perfect man as he served food in her bowl delicately and he was so gentlemanly that he did not even make a sound while eating. She looked at the delicious and costly varieties of food that she even did not know how to eat. She tried to copy Kang Ray and he did not even blush even if he realized that she was trying to act etiquette.  

After finishing dinner, Lee Jia looked at him with a satisfactory smile. She never tasted such delicious food so she was full to her throat.

“If I would not save you that night. I could not eat such a portion of delicious food. Thank you, Mr. Kang.” She said with a bright smile. Kang Ray took a tissue paper and leaned then wiped the corner of her lips that was stained with food.

“Ray.” He put the tissue aside and looked at her.

“Just call me, Ray.”

She got stunned and widened her eyes.

“Mr. Kang, how can I call you like that? I mean… It’s…”

“If you won’t call me like this again, I will kiss you.” He said while wiping her mouth with the napkin.

Lee Jia swallowed saliva and recalled the intimacy. She shook her head to lose the sweet bad thoughts and looked at him.

“Okay. I won’t.”

Kang Ray raised his eyebrows.

“Amm… I won’t, Ray.” She said hesitantly and could not see his face. She quickly covered her face with her palms and could not look up at him. He chuckled and stood up.

“Let’s go. I will drop you.” He buttoned his coat and walked towards the elevator.

Lee Jia looked at his back and patted her forehead with a blush. She quickly followed him.

“Do you always wear a suit?” She asked while looking at his back in the elevator.

“Shouldn’t I?”

“No… I am not asking like that. I mean… You look dashing in a suit.” She admired his tall and attractive figure. Kang Ray placed his palms in his pockets.

“Do you want to see me without a suit?”

“Yeah. I haven’t seen you without a suit. How should you look?” She pretended thinking just then the elevator stopped and she got frightened. Before she could react, he turned back to look at her and unbuttoned his coat.

“The elevator has broken and you are unbuttoning leisurely. Do something.” She said in a panic.

He chuckled and put his coat on her shoulder then started unbuttoning his shirt.

“Wh… What are you doing?”

“Didn’t you say you want to see me without a suit?” He chuckled.

“Oh…” She covered her eyes in panic.

“Don’t do that. Please don’t do that. I did not have such a meaning. Oh…”

Kang Ray pushed the stop button to tease her and he was succeeded. He buttoned his shirt and grabbed the coat from her shoulder and pushed the play button. The elevator started going down and Lee Jia opened her eyes and looked at the man who was putting on his blazer. She sighed and held her chest in panic. The man was really… She almost broke into a sweat.
