Even though Mia had proven to Aurela that she had her back and Zoey, the new friend she had made while Aurela was serving as Valerie’s maid, had always been there for her, Aurela still felt that Alpha Aiden would be furious if she couldn’t get pregnant.
It’s been a good six months since her parents left her to deal with her battles. They didn’t visit her nor did they call her. Aurela was left in a world of pain, one she had to deal with every day.
“Aurela, this is our chance. You don’t need to be his breeder. Let’s run off. I hope you don’t regret this.” Villa’s voice always rang in her ears every time.
“We’ll figure something out.” Mia, who noticed Aurela was already shaking to the marrow even before they got to Alpha Aiden, started to encourage her.
