Things did not settle down as the heated discussion continued.

"Look, all I am asking for is a chance to fix things. You guys, will live with me and my family. I have twins too. They are your age." He said as he gestured using his head to.indicate that his two children are my age. I was not buying it.

" Look, uncle. Thank you for your concern but I will say this on behalf of everyone here, we decline your offer." My sister said. I guess I was not the only one mad about this.

sighing my uncle said, " You really toom his stern side. And it doesn't help that both of you have your mom's feisty side. But both of you need to understand this, your grandfather is not an easy man, it took me almost 10 years trying to convince him to let you two too to live with our pack especially with your witchery bloodline."

"Oh so we are supposed to kneel down and be grateful?" I said with a tone laced with sarcasm.

"Aria..." My mom warned me yet again. I feel like today, I really rested her patience.

my uncle chuckled and said to my mother, " it's okay, Elizabeth. " then he turned to us and said, " They would not be your daughters if they did not have such a side.But I need you both to understand this, I came here to ask nicely, your grandpa will not. Besides we have other issues that need you both to be there." My uncle said, mumbling the last part to himself as though he that was a reminder for him.

"Well, I am sorry to disappoint you but my answer is still no." My sister said. She was not rebuked by our mom because my mom trusted her and I don't blame her because my sister is so reliable.

"would you rather have you, your mom and younger sister to be living like this for the rest of your lives?" My uncle said coldly. In as much as this hurt, he was telling the truth.

"It's better to sleep with one eye one because you are being hunted than for me to sleep with one eye open because I am living in a house full of people who would love to see me on a stake pole." Damn, my sister was a tit tat sassy.

"Even if it's for your brother, Amelia?" My uncle stated

I swear, my sister's gears shifted 360 degrees after she heard that. She looked like she had seen a ghost and what I wanted to know was which brother are we talking about?

"Ronald!" My mother warned my uncle who raises his hands up in his defense.

"brother?" I asked but got ignored.

"what about him?" My sister said with an expressionless face.

"As you know, he is one of us and with that said. He is eligible to be a ruling alpha next to the Royals. So they are hosting a coming of age for him and his mother along with siblings are invited. I am afraid Elizabeth, we can not hide your existence any longer. They must be introduced to the world." My uncle said

"Brother?!" I exclaimed again to get their attention.

"She doesn't know?" My uncle said pointing in my direction with his nose wrinkled a bit.

My mom sighed and said, "No, I locked some of her childhood memories so she does not remember much since he left when she was very young."

"Alex is your sister's twin brother. In fact he is older since he came out first." My mom continued.

I did as I was told, I breathe in and out deeply with my mother. I could see the worry in her eyes.

"I should give you guys some space." My uncle suggested.

"No, if she loses control again when you are there, you will need to know how to calm her down." My mom said without even looking at him.

" Mom, we are low on element suppressants (magic inhibitors)" Ameila said coming out of the magic room.

"Alright, Aria, you need to control this. We don't have anything that can help right now. But if it helps, honey, your brother always found us and looked at you at a distance. He has watched you play with your friends at the park to throwing fits each time you went to a party unsupervised but do you know what I love about him, he despite not being close to his family, he never got to whine to me one bit. So please, if you want to blame anyone blame me." My mom said. I was crying at this point, uncontrollably so. My power was subdued and I cried and hugged my mother.
