First day at work .

Meghan POV

We finally got out of the Lift that is when the too much heat that I was feeling finally lessened. We then got into the biggest office that I have ever seen in my life . So big and all neat. I swear if it was an average house then it would mean they would use the whole of this office as the whole of their house and beyond.

“Are you going to stand there for ever or come in an begin work?" Jeff thunders at me and that is when I realize that he already got into the office and Left me by the door gazing like a fool.

“ Oh..am... I am -"

“ You don't need any justification for anything . " He interrupts me this time in a much more coldet voice.

“ You are going to otherwise be my personal Assistant. Infact this is my first time having a PA. Don't forget I have a secretary and you are the PA"

“ I think by this time you already know the kind of person. I don't want any nosense and most importantly any mistake you make , I swear I will not hesitate firing you. "..

“ I don't care whether you are my brother's girlfriend. Now begin what brought you here ." He says finally as he finally gets to his seat leaving me standing like a fool. Spotting the seat at one end of the office, I head towards it and settle down on it . There are so many files that are already set down on it.

I look through the files and see where exactly I am to begin from. I open the laptop and see how all his schedule is supposed to go and at what time . Any way I think I will be able to manage this .

Somehow I manage to do all the work that am supposed to do even though at time he keeps shouting at and insulting me from time to time that I don't know what am exactly doing. The better thing I'd that we are only two of us and so even if he insults me , I will not get ashamed since we don't have a third party here .

I have now come to realize one of the reasons as to why Jeff is always cold towards us when he gets back home , it is supposedly due to his kind of work that he does back while at work. He is always busy for sure . Imagine I was myself free most of the time chatting with Ethan bit however making sure that Jeff doesn't see me or else

“ Why are you smiling over and over ? Is it part if the tasks that I have given you to accomplish?" My phone almost fails done to the floor when an caught red handed. It is like I am playing with fire .

“ No .. yes, do you .. need anything?" I ask him panickingly trying to cool down the tension that he has created by almost catching me red-handed.

I mf I was not in such a State right now I would for sure tell you that I saw Jeff smile at my floolish response but only that the smile lasts for barely a second even and it fades away immediately. He should keep smiling fir sure , I think he has the cutest smile that I have ever come across, what did I say ! Come in am I even thinking straight for even a second.

The day went on just like that until it was finally Evening. The truth is I felt a bit at ease compared to what I had earlier on predicted. That little Moment that we had in the morning was totally forgotten. Okay the truth is I don't know whether it was forgotten or we were just pretended to have forgotten..

I am excited that at least I am to meet Ethan. Not that I expect something special from him but due to the fact that sitg him I feel so at ease and I don't need to be careful at each and everything that I do.

“ We have somewhere we are heading to" Jeff announced just the moment I got into the car ready to get home and relax.

“ I thought we were heading straight home?" The words leave my mouth before I am even able to stop them. What kind of person am I. I am just perhaps wanting him to get more angry at me.

“ where the hell did you get the authority to talk to me like that. Don't forget I am your boss " he sneers at me in his original most cold voice as he begins the car . It is like right now I am dumb and not being able to say even a single word..

He immediately begins the car to the opposite direction that we are supposed to take back home. I get my phone an idea poping into my head..

” Are you going to call someone ? He asks me for sure making me wonder where he got the power to as well have to know all those that am supposed to be calling and at what time. However not wanting to break out another 'war' I decide to tell him since has now decided to act like a jealous boyfriend.

“ I want to call Ethan , we had a plan but I want to inform him that I will be l late ."

“ No need to inform him, we shall eventually get home!" He shouts at me but then I see his facial expression soften suddenly like he didn't mean to shout at me . Not wanting to complicate things any more fruther, I out away my phone and fix my eyes to the Rian not even knowing what thoughts are running through my head right now.

However he suddenly pulls his car outside a restaurant . If course not like the kind that fits his kind if social class. We move instead once again getting a lot if attention from almost every one. Perhaps one thing that sine one who moved with him should get used of is the numerous eyes from almost everyone whom we pass by more so the women.

Waitress leads us to a set of seats that are in one of the corner. He sits at one dude and then I sit Infront of him facing him. Damn it ! When did he get rid of his neck tie. Fir sure I didn't realize it even though I was with him almost the whole day. My eyes automatically move and then landing in a specific spot. That little part of his chest that is showing. He has undid the first two of his shirt buttons. A few chest hairs are peeping.

I find my self swallowing like I have a large piece of sugar lump that got stuck in my throat . I look slightly up our eyes meeting for a very brief moment. Without knowing how , I find my eyes this time flashing on his lips

“ I really need to use the bathroom " I make the most silly excuse that I think of first thing. I immediately stand up but then remembering I don't know the direction to the bathroom.

Once again I look back at the Hot man sited across the seat

“ This side " he says pointing to one point which I follow immediately without even thinking for a single second. I move but my thoughts are far away and thus I find myself bumping into a girl who almost falls down but somehow manges to gain her balance and therefore she doesn't fall down

“ b***h! How dare you , do you know who I am ?" She says angrily bas she raises her hand to hit me . The truth is right now I have so much that an thinking about right now and all I do is to just close my eyes and wait to be hit but even after some time I still don't feel anything which makes me open my eyes and what I see shocks me to the core.
