The truck came to a halt and Ron switched off the engine. “Here we are.” “Where’s here?” Although Ron had agreed to Joe’s request of being handcuffed at the front rather than from behind, Joe was still blindfold. “The Allegheny Mountains.” Ron unbuckled Joe’s seatbelt. “I’m going to take off your blindfold. You might want to close your eyes, the sun is pretty bright.” Once Joe’s eyes had adjusted, he was able to see that Ron had parked on a dirt track, trees flanking them on both sides. Everywhere Joe looked there were trees. “Wow,” he whistled. “Where do we set up camp?” “It’s already set up.” Joe watched as the pocket-sized hunk of masculinity got out of the truck and jogged around to the passenger’s side.
